The hotel has older carpet and furniture but was clean. The location has pros and cons. The hotel is located around the corner from the main road so the room was very quiet. It is not located near the metro (20 minute walk), but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the metro and there is a tram by...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are glad that you are satisfied with the professional service and buffet breakfast at our hotel. Location wise, both Wan Chai and Causeway Bay metro stations are actually within 8-minute walking distance, and there are plenty of local shops and eateries just across the street. We hope you have had the chance...

Very clean hotel. The employees are very friendly and very respectful. The internet area is very beautiful. Too bad we did not have free internet in the rooms. It has a good location. It is a good haven to rest after sightseeing in Hong Kong.

I booked this hotel because it seemed like it was in a good location and was established. This was my first trip to Hong Kong and I did not want a surprise. The prices listed and quoted do not include a 10% service charge which, quite honestly, was a little confusing. The room itself was fine for a solo traveling;...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the hotel location and the free shuttle service, but apologise for any confusion we may have caused regarding the service charge. We have stated the additional service charge in the terms and conditions section. Room size wise, we offer 7 types of rooms in different sizes to suite...

The hotel is located in Wan Chai around ten blocks from the subway station. It has a free shuttle service to Hong Kong Station and other main spots in town. The room was overdecorated with cheap furniture (they had an old dated computer for example and broken lights). The wifi did not work correctly. The housekeeping was a mess, we...

This was my first trip to HK, so it was a bit random knowing where best to stay. So, Cosmo Hotel proved a lucky choice. I booked a standard room which was fine - clean modern, bathtub TV, coffee facilities. But for me the number one plus factor was location. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance...

Great location, complimentary fruit and water. Clean and well equipped and rooms were surprisingly quiet though a bit on the small side. Housekeeping was efficient but either came far too early (8am!!!) or really late in the day (4pm) even when the "do not disturb sign" was put on the door. One quibble is the use of traditional Chinese beds...

Cosmo is the "sister" hotel of cosmopolitan hotel, where the free hotel shuttle bus service operates. There's a big Muslim cemetery right behind Cosmo hotel. I have requested for a room with city view hence it's great sitting near the windows and enjoy the scenery at night. Superior room with 2 single beds; room was small, poor quality bed and...

Victor is the best man in town, he offered us an upgrade to a Suite with no extra cost just for us to be happy. Good value for the price, very clean, not far from the center and the opportunity to meet Victor is of course priceless

A good location about 10 mins walk to Causeway Bay. Provides free shuttle from adjacent sister hotel Cosmopolitan to Causeway Bay, Wanchai and Central. Taxis are plenty and public bus no. 10 right at the front of the hotel bring guests to Central. Rooms are small but has the necessary amenities, including safe, fridge and hair dryer. The back of...

Having stayed at its sister hotel next door - Cosmopolitan Hotel, my family decided to try Cosmo Hotel simply because of its price and offering of a suite as I have to share the room with my mother.
