We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff but entering our room was a little difficult as it was small, no room for two cases so one was on the stand and the other on the floor. No bedside tables as there wasn't enough room and there wasn't a view because the windows had...

My experience at the hotel was really good. I had no problems checking in. From other reviews on the site I knew that standard rooms had fogged windows with no view because of the cemetery up and behind the hotel. I opted to upgrade my room and got a slight discount after expressing my dis-concern with the other rooms and...

It is not a budget hotel but the vibe is like a budget hotel. The space for hallways between room were too narrow. the walls weren't that sound proof enough coz i have heard guests voices while talking and even in the hallway when one guest is snoring. The interior should have at least updated and modern design. All the...

We have just returned from a very busy 5 days in Hong Kong. The stay at the Cosmo was great. We got a transfer from the airport. We arrived late so they were ready and waiting to receive us when we arrived. Check in was simple and straight forward. We found staff to be friendly and very helpful if prompted....

Stayed at the Cosmo for 4 nights before leaving on a cruise. Room is small but average size for Hong Kong, clean with amenities as promised. Loved the free cell phone to use and free calling to Canada. Purchased breakfast plan which was very good, large selection of items that changed daily. Sister hotel provides an excellent shuttle service to...

This hotel by its.physical looks is just like any other hotels in HK. What I am impressed most is their service and for a tourist like me, I appreciate anything that will help make my vacation more convenient: free shuttle (stop overs are walking distance to my destinations), free wifi (which allowed me to access maps, search phone #s of...

I've stayed in many Hong Kong hotels mostly in the three star range and I thought for this one trip I would do better. So happy I did. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very good stay overall, The room and bathroom were larger than I'm used to in HK. My room didn't have any view (frosted windows) and...

It says on the website that the hotel is around 10 minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR station, but prepare yourself for around 15 - 20 minutes of walking. Google Maps will take you round the houses but follow the MTR signs which will guide you better. Big room, comfy bed and great shower...however, you can hear every noise from...

My first stay, and in a good position near to the subway. Breakfast was included, and though not fantastic, adequate. The room had a bath which is unusual, and was a reasonable size. There is a shuttle bus to central, but it goes around the houses, and is probably easier to take the subway or walk !
