I had my wedding banquet at the Four Seasons HK and spent two nights at the Deluxe suite (1600 sq ft). It was a world class experience.

As we arrived the hotel, the valet team greeted us warmly and helped us with our bags efficiently, and even until 2 days after we checked out, the valet team could still greet us by our surname. We were checked in at the Deluxe Suite with sea view, the HK skyline day and night was all ours. The concierge team was superb in helping us to set up the room exactly the way we requested. The staff are very friendly and always respond to us promptly. I was especially impressed by the concierge supervisor Ivy Leung, and the banquet team Joanne Leung, Dick, Kenji and Yoyo - who pulled together to look after my husband and I and the guests in the greatest way.

Food was SUPERB, both at the dinner banquet and the breakfast (Blue Bar). Many of our friends came to tell us that they enjoyed the food very much. Excellent work by banquet manager in leading the service and quality.

The location is excellent, right above the MTR station, connected to the IFC Mall, which means you are in the heart of the city - Central, going to everywhere is very convenient, shopping malls, renowned restaurants, night lives are all easy to access.

My friends who flew in for my wedding also stayed at the Four Seasons and they are also very happy with the choice. I find it is this attentive to details that makes this hotel truly world class and feels like home.

We stayed at Four Seasons hotel Hong Kong for past 15 days, will stay another 15. Here's is our experience.
Most, if not everyone at the hotel, from car reception, doorman, reception, concierge, room service, housekeeping, technical support, all restaurants staff, boutique staff will try to cater to your individual needs, preference, carefully.
We like a quiet room, they pick a floor, where there may not be a lot of traffic.
We like fast service to food, cleaning, in room F&B, they provide, with a smile on their face, even though there is a mask. So let's say you like certain type of pear, they will get it for you.
Cleaning the carpet, door, window, making frig cooler, replacing the TV control, changing bed sheets, as often as you need, they try their best to improve guest experience. They maker is quicker, easier for you to use the hotel equipment, F&B, so you want to spend time in the hotel, instead of somewhere else. (even enough you are located on top of one the most F&B shopping mall IFC)
The executive lounge, business center I have not used, so no comment.
We spend a lot of time at the pool, so it is good they open it at 8 instead of 9 am. I see a lot of guests enjoying the fully staff pool areas. They help you with drinks, food.
They have a weekly event sheet for families, so we suggest you look out for activities, that suit, like making cookies and drinks.
If complimentary valet parking can last longer than 15 minutes, there is more time to spend at the hotel, to pick up things in the room, before the next engagement somewhere else outside hotel, that you need with your car. If not, take taxi or uber for a dinner at the peak.
Enjoy your stay and use their shopfourseasonshk.com to help look for benefits.

Excellent experience throughout. Perfect view over the harbour. Exquisite dinner at Lung King Heen. The best beef tenderloin and mango dessert we have had ever. Very comfortable beddings and bathroom facilities. And this is the second hotel that have provided extra towels/toiletries/slippers because our booking is free. The first one was a hotel in Japan a few years ago. All others gave us two sets since it was a double room despite booking specified 2 adults plus children. Pool is heated at 28C makes swimming in a cool weather very comfortable. The pool also has amazing view over the harbour. Probably very few people chose to go to Execute Lounge at top floor for breakfast we were the only guest there. We also tasted very nice miso sea bass and my favourite is the carrot and chicken congee. Cooked to perfection. And I always tried the congee at each of the hotel I stay at. Staff are always very polite and attentive to our needs.

We stayed at the Harbour Suite at Four Seasons with a 2 y/o child. After checking in and returning from lunch, we were suprised by the birthday decoration and child amenities. The room is well deorated, and the afternoon tea, in room dinner and breakfast were all prepared impeccably. We had a wonderful time and were able to relax and recharge ourselves given the travel restrictions.
The private gym was also a fantastic idea, allowing guests to work out individually and we were impressed with the Mirror workout. Pop-up bakery was also delectable.
After multiple staycations in HK, FS has proved to stay on top on their game. Thanks for the experience!

This is my second time in 2 months to stay in FSHK with my boyfriend, the last time was for my birthday and this time was for our 3rd year anniversary.

In general, I am really glad that FSHK really listen to my opinion and they put it in action for my second visit. It is highly appreciated for their efforts to maintain the best services and hotel facilities at all times.

Last time I booked a Harbourview suite with the Stay & Dine Package, whilst the hardware was awesome, the services level was a bit different from usual, which the night bedding service was missing.

This time, they have shown differences in their services - the front desk lady, Muse, brought us to the Harvourview room; when I called concierge, they addressed my surname; the bedding service was there; a complimentary sparkling for our celebration (thank you and it was a kind and heartwarming act) and also putting more papers or signboards showing sanitisation has been done, over the hotel room phone, lounge cutlery etc.

The room is the same comfortable and clean, with the splendid view facing Kowloon peninsula. The infinity swimming pool was the best in town with a jacuzzi. The gym room is spacious and clean and well equipped.

The breakfast was served as either in set in the Lounge or in buffet style in Grand Ballroom. We chose the latter one, and the services in the breakfast time was great too. The staffs were attentive if the plates were served and put in front of the right person. Food is placed mostly in small transparent cups with cover to maintain hygiene. The taste of food was good and I recommended the grilled salmon.

We also visited Caprice bar which they had an Autumn cocktails menu. The cocktails were outstanding with some Autumn flavours, such as chestnuts.

Four Seasons is always my favourite hotel. No matter which one you go in the world, their values of making their guests feel like home never change. This is why I came back for their second chance and they have shown their excellent services.

I definitely will visit again. Highly recommended.

Firstly, at the prices charged by the Four Seasons you expect something special and for the most part it does deliver. The hotel itself is quite lovely and the newly renovated rooms are well appointed. The pool is probably the best in Hk and despite the 2 hour a day rule they were relaxed if there was no queue and it’s reasonable to ask guests to vacate if they have been there for hours and others are waiting. They also keep you topped up with cold water and bring round complimentary snacks like iced coffee and ice lollies. The pool did get very busy in the afternoons.

As I said, the newly renovated rooms are very comfortable and stylishly designed. The beds here are amazing and the bath tubs are wonderful. My only gripe was that my hair dryer did not work and I had to report this 3 times. Each time they claimed to have sorted it out and it still didn’t work. There are no plug sockets in the bathroom and only one mirror in the room behind the door- not near a plug sockets for hair styling devices such as straightners etc and the only place to do makeup is the bathroom. Suspect the rooms may have been designed by a man…

The food at the buffet breakfast was very good quality but the setting in the ballroom was poor with cheap chair covers, Arctic aircon and dreadful service. We had to remove our own plates to a different table after every course and wait an age for simple request like milk for tea and sauces. You can opt for a set breakfast in your room or at the lounge. I would recommend skipping the buffet option.

If you can get a stay on a special offer, the Four Seasons is great. If you’re paying full rate, I’d go elsewhere. I stayed at the Shangri-La in the same week and I’d say that it was better.

We decided to do a staycation in this hotel. The check in was great and the manager was very welcoming. However, I am not sure about the rest of the female receptionist there, they seems to be quite arrogant and never say hello or acknowledge you.

The room view is amazing particularly if you get a sea view room where you can watch sunset and sunrise. The room is big and clean and amenities are great.

Their outdoor swimming pool is fabulous. The service there is amazing. Keep on topping up water, offer ice lolli and smoothie to cool you down. Great views of HK Victoria harbour. One thing I loved about this hotel is that they maintain a strict number of people cam be in this area during covid.

We have breakfast in the room. One morning we have Japanese breakfast. The fish is,nice but the steamed egg and congee is so so. American breakfast quality is much better.

When we come back for run, the concierge automatically give us each a bottle of water and ask is whether we need a towel. Amazing service.

There are several dissappointing elemenrs:
Dissappointing is that all their Chinese is in simplify Chinese and not traditional Chinese.

However, one thing that I sincerely do not like is that when we checked out, I noticed a big difference between how the female staff at reception treat foreigners vs Chinese. They seems to be a lot more chatty to foreigners than Chinese. This is really terrible for a 5 star hotel like this in this day and age.

Been to Caprice to celebrate our anniversary. A harbour view table is prepared for us even though we’re informed that harbour view is not available during reservation. Caprice is so considerate that they provided envelope for storing masks and disinfecting wipes. Staff are nice and helpful, especially Jason, all of them explain each dish detailly. We're not a fan of cheese but, still, we could finish it with the bread particular for the combination with cheese. The whole night is a great experience. It worths 3 Michelin star with no doubt. Highly recommend all you to go for it.

My wife, 6 year old daughter, and I stayed at the Four Seasons Hong Kong for 7 nights in early January 2020. We had a great time, and would highly recommend you consider this hotel for your next trip to HK.

Our Grand Harbour View Suite was amazing. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, and a beautiful view of the harbour. We also had Executive Club access which was perfect for our trip. We had breakfast in the Club each morning (my daughter loved the pancakes) and would have drinks the Club in the evening. Sometimes, after a busy day, we would cancel our dinner plans and just stay in the Club for dinner. Everyone working the Club was very helpful - arranging babysitters, tickets to attractions, and providing recommendations for restaurants or activities.

My daughter and I used the pool most days - it was a great way to unwind after a busy day out and about. It was always very quiet, and the pool staff were always keen to assist and provided us with everything we needed.

One other thing I would recommend is the airport transfer. We were met as we exited the plane, assisted with our carry-on luggage, whisked through security, and then taken to the hotel in comfort. A similar process on our departure. I think this really helps with a smooth arrival/departure, particularly with a 6 year old!

We will definitely be back. This is a great hotel, with fantastic facilities, convenient location, and superb staff. 5 out of 5!

The service is superb and there are surprises to our Staycation on Rum Tasting, high quality for a good price deal, the food is nice and we really feel a holiday mood during the 2day stays, they even renovated a guest room as private gym room, thoughtful and functional. Details on sanitary are well catered, we had our credit card and identify card sanitised after the check in. We been to other hotel staycation and four seasons Hong Kong pamper our indulgences.
