The first time I booked a hotel in Shinjuku District, a friend told me about this hotel, the location really couldn't be said. The environment around the hotel is convenient and safe, restaurants to try are nearby, and fragile pineapple bags and Hong Kong milk tea are also within the hotel range. There are daily supplies such as toothbrushes, brushes, etc. in the room. Currently, the hotel offers glass tubs because there is no arrangement to provide bottled water. The desk staff are courteous and handle problems quickly, knowing that the reaction of Hong Kongers is really fast. I asked the staff about the transfer, and they immediately arranged and helped me move my luggage together. Seriously recommend to friends.

It was an unforgettable experience for me to stay at Dilevena Mansion. Located in an excellent location, this residence offers a comfortable and luxurious accommodation. In this review, I share my wonderful story about my stay at The Residence at Dilevena and provide some tips and recommendations.
First of all, I want to highlight the details of Dilevena Mansion. From the moment I entered the mansion, I was attracted by its exquisite design and high-quality service. The lobby's décor is full of modernity, while the guest room design combines modern and traditional elements to create a unique atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully designed, from bedding to bathroom facilities, all demonstrating the mansion's pursuit of quality.
During my stay, I enjoyed the first-class service provided by The Residence. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they are always willing to answer my questions and help. Whether it was checking in or providing travel advice, they were professional and enthusiastic. In addition, the residence also provides a series of facilities and services, such as a gym and restaurants, which made me feel comfortable and convenient during my stay.
The most unforgettable thing about my stay at Le Mansion was its location. The residence is located in the city center, with many famous attractions and business districts nearby. I could easily walk to nearby shopping malls and restaurants and enjoy the city's nightlife in the evenings. In addition, the residence also provides convenient transportation services, such as car rental and pick-up and drop-off services, allowing me to explore the surrounding areas more conveniently.
In addition to sharing my stay story, I'd also like to offer some tips and recommendations for others. First of all, I recommend booking a room in advance as the Royal Villa tends to be very popular and rooms can get booked up quickly. Additionally, I would also recommend trying the restaurant in the mansion, they serve delicious local and international cuisine and are definitely worth a try.
All in all, my experience of staying at Dilevena Mansion was an unforgettable memory. From its fine details to its first-class service to its prime location, this residence offers a comfortable and luxurious stay. I highly recommend Dilevena Residence to travelers who are looking for an unforgettable stay.

The experience of staying at [name of hotel] was fantastic! Special thanks to the little sister at the front desk, whose warm service made me feel so sweet. As I arrived early at the hotel, she was very thoughtful and organised the room for me in advance, and this meticulous service made me feel very warm.
The room was clean and the environment really exceeded my expectations. The bathroom is neat and spacious, the design is beautiful and the overall space is very comfortable. Carpets are clean, beds are white and comfortable, and people stay at ease. Most importantly, I'm very reassured that there's no cockroach or bug problem here.
The hotel is also very well located, very close to the bus and metro stops, especially for trips and to the airport. You can find convenience stores and restaurants when you go out, and life is very convenient, fully meeting the needs of food and lodging during your trip.
Especially the hotel experience on the first day was poor, so the service and environment was a great surprise and comfort to me. If a friend is planning to travel to Hong Kong, I would definitely recommend them to stay here without worrying about trial and error!
Thank you very much for your lovely review of the hotel. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Pre-arrival: I sent an email to fo@theluxemanor.com but did not receive any response. However, the reservations team replied to me via the Agoda app.
Arrival: We arrived early, before 2 PM. I proactively asked the front desk if they could notify me via chat or email when the room became available. However, the front desk immediately dismissed my request, stating that the hotel was fully booked and that early check-in would not be possible.
When we returned to the hotel before 1 PM, the front desk provided the room key, as the room was already available—contrary to the initial information given to us.
Bell Service: Our luggage was not in the room when we returned, so we had to carry it ourselves.
Room: The room was very small, a typical size for Hong Kong, accommodating only two people—no more than that.
We received a delicious anniversary cake upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Housekeeping Service: The room was clean. However, when we requested a shaving kit around midnight, we were informed that it was chargeable at $1, which was fine. However, we were asked to come down to the front desk to collect it. We decided not to take it.
Concierge Services: The concierge team was very helpful. An older gentleman immediately offered me a map when I asked how to get to the ferry to Macau. Similarly, the lady at the concierge desk was very helpful when I inquired about the bus to the airport—she promptly checked and provided the details.
Front Desk Staff: The front desk staff were always busy with their computers. We were always the first to greet them with “Good morning” or “Good evening.” They looked exhausted and did not smile.
Location: The hotel is in a very convenient location, near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and easily accessible by bus—A21 for the day bus and N21 for the night bus to and from the airport. Behind the hotel, there is a variety of bars and nightclubs, perfect for those interested in bar hopping. It is also close to KFC, Wellcome, and 7-Eleven. Additionally, Mira Place mall is nearby.
Departure: Since we had very limited time in Hong Kong, we wanted to make the most of it. At 1 AM, I asked the front desk if I could collect my cash deposit in advance, as we would be in a rush when leaving the hotel. The staff initially refused, insisting that we could only collect it at check-out. I explained again that we would be in a hurry and that they could process a “No Post” to prevent additional charges. Only then did she agree to return my deposit.
At 3 AM, when we physically left the hotel, no one was at the front desk.
I am a seasoned hotelier with 20 years of experience in luxury five-star hotels, so I understand what five-star service should be. This review serves as a detailed, constructive critique for improvement.

This hotel is extremely nice, especially the lobby area where they had a lot of unique design. The staffs at the hotel are very friendly and because it was our 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded us in highest floor free of charge. Also, they had sent us a little amenity for us too. The package we had included breakfast buffet for two. It was reasonal price. The housekeeping team was very professional and they were quick to respond to our requests and tidy up our room everyday. The reception staff are also very helpful when we needed to find a taxi. I appreciate the staff's make us home away from home.

The price is cheaper than other hotels. The room is clean. If you need them to take out the trash or bring you water, you can ask them for it. The water pressure in the shower is not very high, but there is no washer. The room is not as spacious as our home and you can hear some noise from the corridor. The bed is very comfortable, there is a window facing the street, the air conditioner is adjustable, and there is no big problem with hot and cold water. It is close to different places, so it is very convenient not to change places. Due to the night flight, I asked for an extended check-out time, and Jimmy, the staff, was happy to arrange it. They even offered to take a shower when picking up luggage (gym room, which has good privacy). I will stay here again next time.

What a delight, a friendly welcome. Everything was ready for our arrival with a complimentary upgrade. Reception staff informative regarding WiFi, meals, amenities and and we require, please ask! What more could you want... breakfast was plentiful and catered for everyone. Fruit, cereal, breads, meats, cheeses, cooked selection all fresh and replenished. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have everything you require kettle, tea, coffee, and water. Toothbrush paste, soap hairdryer, etc. Centrally located 5mins from train, bus underground. Quiet in our 11th floor room, we can not hear other guests. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were immediately greeted by a staff member when we arrived at the hotel door. Our first impression was very good; the front desk staff knew that we were a family and specially arranged adjacent rooms for us, which was very convenient for us. In addition, since I haven’t been back to Hong Kong for a long time, I can’t recognize the way out. Fortunately, the hotel’s concierge staff is very patient and takes the trouble to guide us on walking or bus routes and recommend restaurants. The whole family will have a pleasant trip next time. Will come again too!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the hotel very much.
Bed room and bath room: The bed room is spacious, clean, well equiped (thee/coffee facilities, water tap in the hall way for free, small fridge, cups, glases) and the bathroom is clean and amneties like body wash, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, tissues etc. are available. Compfy bed and quit at night (room 1106).
Cleaning: efficient and tidy cleaning. Nice, thick towels. Each morning when we returned from breakfast the room had been cleaned.
Gym: we used the gym on a daily basis. The gym is well maintained and well equiped to start your day with cardio and strength training. Dumbells from 5 lbs - 50 lbs, two yoga mats, two tredmills, cross trainer, home trainer and a machine to train shoulders, back, brest etc. Everything in good condition and clean. Also water, airco and two showers.
Breakfast: everything and more what you need to start the day. Fresh fruit, cereals, salads, boiled eggs, sweets, fresh juices, good espresso, thee, French pattiserie, croissant, bread, jam, butter, toast, scrambles eggs, bacon, satay/dim sum/buns/sweet potato, maiscorn, soup. Eggs made to order. So anyone complaining about the breakfast is a nitpicker.
Staff: staff at breakfast very friendly. They accompany you to the table. Lovely ladies Agnes and Cathy at the reception desk. So friendly and with a great sense of humor!
Location: near Nathan Road, Victoria Bay, Bruce Lee statue, MTR station, lots of shops and eateries around. Great vibes.
As said before; we enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend this hotel. If we are going to visit Hong Kong again, we will stay the the Luxe Manor.
