I have stayed in both 138 and 120 and they are both lovely. The view from the higher floors is worth the daily rate alone. Very practical layout with a lot of space. So much better than a hotel. Very close to Central and Hollywood Road and an interesting, upcoming area. Staff are lovely and very dedicated. Wifi is great...

We recently spent 5 weeks at CHI 120 after being relocated to Hong Kong for work. The layout is excellent : it is one apartment per floor, and a good amount of space (remembering that you are in Hong Kong, so 'space' is a relative thing!). There were 2 of us, plus our 2 dogs, and we felt like we...

We booked another room with CHI and were upgraded before arriving. This place is much better than a hotel. Spacious, your own facilities and a GREAT view! Modern, clean, andthe staff are lovely. I also really like the area. We split our trip in half, staying here for some and the other side for some. After staying here, hotels were...

Actually we booked an apartment in an other residence of the same group but we have been offered an upgrade a few weeks before arrival. So we took it. The residence is set in a quite neighbourhood of Hong Kong island, not touristy but easily accessible by public transport. Thus a few station away from Central, Soho and the ferry...

We stayed there for 9 nights after living 2 years in Hong Kong meaning that we knew Hong Kong well when staying in CHI. The view is great, the room huge (especially for Hong Kong), furniture nice (as on the pictures not run down), staff very friendly and the price really good. But be aware that it is next to...

I was upgraded from CHI 138, which I originally booked, to CHI 120 a few meters away. The lift opens right in my apartment's kitchenette since there's only 1 apartment per floor. Very spacious with GREAT VIEWS of Victoria Harbour. The small balcony is cute, though I wasn't able to use it much because it was too humid outside. Free...

I would like to share a few words of appreciation to Chi Residence 120 I stayed at on my first solo visit to Hong Kong in May & to the people who run it. The apartment was beautiful, conveniently located very close to the center, perfectly designed with views on both sides, huge windows & a balcony overlooking Victoria Harbour...

Nice apartment on 26th floor, great for New Year. Needs a little more customer care - you have to buy the coffee capsules, insufficient bathroom paper, no tea bags and messy reception area. The apartment itself is a little tired, but clean and comfortable. Like other people I originally booked 138 on Booking.com then received an email saying they would...

I stayed here for five nights after a hectic four nights Seoul and Singapore trip. They were kind enough to offer me a short term stay, typically they mainly rent by the month. Chi has other multiple locations in Kowloon and Hong Kong for shorter term rental. Pros: It is a comfortable one bedroom apartment with modern furnishings and a...

After spending 14 hours in air from SFO we were happy to make it to CHI 120. We were early and hadn't booked for early checkin....however office stored our bags giving us time to explore a little locally; and allowed us to check in a few minutes early. Originally we had booked at CHI 138 via Agoda. We were contacted...

“Higher floors have the best views over Kowloon harbour”

“Its one apartment per floor : so the room location doesn't really change, just the view a little bit. There are balconies so if you don't like heights but want to use the balcony maybe ask for a lower down floor.”

“If available, ask for a higher floor room to minimize some traffic noise and get better views.”

“Ask for a high floor to enhance the view over Victoria Harbour and to reduce traffic noise (which is not really that bad anyway).”
