We were early that day for check in, the reception girl was cold and slow. We finally got our keys but found the carpet in our room dirty, we requested for a new room and the hotel was again, very slow. The hotel is located perfectly, walking distance to shopping areas and subways, you may follow the way down and...

My wife and I stayed here and selected the hotel because of price and location. We had read some of the reviews on here about the staff being non responsive, however we were happy to accept that as the price was good. The hotel was easy to find, we got the train from the airport, then we boarded the free...

Book through Agoda got a very reasonable price. The Pros: The location is very good. 5 minutes walk to Mira Shopping Complex, Nathan Road, Cameroon Road. 10 minutes walk to Harbour City Shopping Complex and MRT Station. The hotel room and toilets are clean. Air conditions is cold and many varities of TV programme. The Cons: Breakfast are lousy, not...

Location is good, so convenience. I grew up is this city, for me is very good. The only think I don't quiet like that is no complimentary...

I loved staying here, the views over Hong Kong were amazing, just make sure you get a room up high away from the construction site next door. The room was clean, well maintained, and for an older hotel, it is well kept. The only down side was the poor service from ther tourist desk. Reception, bell boys and door men...

Let me begin by stating I have stayed in Hong Kong hotels regularly for the past 10 years. I have seen a lot of old hotels polish themselves up to nicer quality hotels, and I have seen a lot of reputable hotels lose some of their posh. I had only heard of the Empire in passing, but recently received a...

I booked through and read reviews on HotelClub, not knowing that they do not post negative reviews of travellers (I gave a true review but was never posted in their guest review section). Hope I am able to share my bad experience here. In summary, service was very very bad as they do not care about you at all. I...
