While the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers stands out for its excellent location, guests have called out that it may not offer the best value for its price, with some amenities and services deemed overpriced. The atmosphere and room experiences vary; some visitors commend the picturesque views and stylish renovations, yet others point to issues with noise, room size, and outdated areas. Service and cleanliness receive mixed reviews, highlighting both positive and negative experiences that suggest inconsistency.

For a five-star hotel, this price is not expensive, but similarly, the hardware is not even five-star. Nowadays, most hotels have switched to smart TVs, but they are still old models and cannot connect to mobile phones. The TV remote control is covered with dust and has no power. How long has it been since it was cleaned? There was also garbage on the paper on the countertop in the room. It should have been cleaned because it was not touched by the guests. I specially booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub was very narrow and even standing with my feet together was awkward, so I gave up the idea of taking a bath. The bathroom actually has a lot of room, and the bathtub could be a little bigger. What was quite good about the service was that on the second night I asked for only towels, and the housekeeping staff took the initiative to ask if I wanted to change my bathrobe and slippers. In addition, someone took the initiative to ask me to replenish my tea bags, which was quite attentive. However, compared with the five-star hotels that are also group hotels, the services of Four Seasons/Rosewood are more in place. Of course, it is true that there is a difference in price. Based on this stay experience, I only think they are up to four-star standards.

Stay here for 3 nights with my family at harbour view room no. 1434, the view towards the Victoria Harbour is truly amazing especially at night time. Hotel location is situated at Nathan Road just right infront of the Legoland Discovery Centre and is super close to the major tourist attraction and shopping malls at Tsim Tsa Tsui.

Staffs were great and really helpful. From the pre arrival communication thru email up till check in process, concierge, restaurant staffs, cleaners and room service everything was very efficient and great. I remember those name Ricky, Ken and Thomas these guys were so helpful and really kind to us.

However the breakfast selection were limited for halal option despite the price. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. Thank you Sheraton for the great hospitality. Looking forward for the next trip.

During this stay, we were fortunate to receive a complimentary suite upgrade. Although the hotel could only accommodate a late check-out until 1 PM, this thoughtful gesture already left us feeling pleasantly surprised and very satisfied.

Before entering the room, I stopped by the executive lounge to enjoy the happy hour. The service here was commendable, with staff offering a variety of alcoholic beverages, including white and red wine. The lounge also provided a view of the iconic Victoria Harbour, which made the experience truly delightful for travelers.

Upon entering the suite, it was as spacious as expected. While some signs of aging were noticeable, the room’s premium furnishings were still evident. During our stay, the hotel gifted us a bottle of red wine, which added to the overall wonderful experience.

At the breakfast buffet, the hotel offered a wide range of options, including many local Hong Kong delicacies. This allowed visitors to sample various authentic dishes in a short amount of time, making it an excellent culinary experience for tourists.

Lastly, the hotel’s prime location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui made transportation via bus or metro extremely convenient. Most importantly, the breathtaking harbor views from the higher floors were incredibly romantic. If given the chance, we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers is strategically located in Tsim Sha Tsui, just opposite Avenue of Stars, Legoland Discovery and Hong Kong Space Museum. Also conveniently connected to MTR stations Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui, and several bus stops, making it a perfect and convenient hub.

The hotel itself has a quite old interior but the room's interior are upgraded. One standard room can probably hold 3 adult people. As most hotels, it has a gym, a rooftop swimming pool and jacuzi

We loved the breakfast (the siomays and the chasio bao's are really nice), and we managed to get the window seat (recommended) overlooking Nathan Road..

In general the staff were helpful and friendly, the location is strategic and though we had some minor inconveniences with the credit card merchant which didn't agree with our credit card (first world issues) and some rowdy guests at 1.30AM overall we enjoyed our stay here and will come back on another occasion.

Our stay at the Sheraton was average. The sense of arrival was underwhelming, especially compared to the high standard of Asian hospitality in luxury hotels. We had two rooms with a nice view of Hong Kong Harbor, okay in size and layout. The rooms could have benefited from better preventive maintenance and more attention to detail in cleaning. The amenities were minimal for a five-star hotel.
Some restaurants were closed during our stay, and although the Chinese restaurant seemed popular, they couldn't accommodate us as walk-in guests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, but the overall food quality was plain disappointing. On a positive note, the concierge team was super helpful and efficient, delivering the level of service you'd expect from a five-star hotel in Hong Kong.

Disappointing stay so far. Normally I do not review prior to check out however making an exception in the case of the Sheraton Hong Kong. Snagged a good deal but will not be staying again. I am Platinum with Bonvoy so received a room upgrade to harbour view. I think a one level upgrade. Room is OK but bathroom is compact (at best). So tight that the sink tap does not clear the sink to enable full cold. Additionally the bathroom had not been cleaned properly a stray hair of the most personal kind on the toilet bowl. Additionally the door did not close properly. These are minor inconveniences to be fair and were resolved after being reported. What is more disappointing is that the hotel seems to be run for the convenience of the hotel and its staff not the guests. Key elements are a lounge that opens from 1030 until 1900 so unless you are at the hotel during the day of little use. For those of us who have to work no value at all. Secondly went to the rooftop for a drink at the end of the day. Warned that it was last orders (30 minutes before closing) and true to their word they switched music off on the dot of 11pm. Then one minute later staff came along and advised me "we need to lock the door now". I mean I get it to an extent but in a hotel of this class a little bit of leeway would be reasonable especially given the exorbitant price of a glass of wine. The comforter/duvet is extremely thin and certainly not of the quality one would expect from a supposed 5 star hotel. So could I recommend this hotel....no is the answer there are better or cheaper places in just as good a location. In my view it's illustrative that the welcome note is pre-printed and not from the GM. I see that the answers are also from a subordinate. Location and breakfast are all that are in this hotel's favour at present more attention needed and a more customer focussed approach.

Disappointing on many levels. Not a great representation of a Sherston brand. Reception is understaffed, slow and not very welcoming. Status is pretty much ignored. Executive Lounge is basically the lobby lounge, dark, uncomfortable, and only opens at mid day, so nowhere to work before then. No coffee service and the restaurant are unhelpful at providing a takeaway coffee in the morning.

Even after messaging the hotel prior to arrival and requesting a high floor, I was given a mid floor room that stunk of fresh paint. Reception basically said they wouldn't know however surely the housekeepers should report it.

Check.out, no one at the checkout counters and when someone finally arrived they simply said "this is all the staff we have."

The rooms have clearly not been checked or tested by management and no one with any influence could possibly have bothered to stay in a room. This goes to confirm the complete lack of care for guests. The lighting is being incompetent, it's all on or all off, no thought here.

Basically if you want a decent location and don't care about service then the bed is comfortable but you will over pay for lacklustre service bordering on rude and over priced accommodation.

There are plenty of better options.

Mostly disappointed with my stay in Sheraton @ Nathan Road. Having spent many a night in Bonvoy hotels, Sheraton sadly does not make the mark of a 5-star Hotel in my view. What are some of my grouses?

1. Hotel claims to have insufficient pillows due to high occupancy rates during festive season(s) after requests were made for additional pillows. Pretty sure, this is not the first Xmas (or other festive periods) that the Hotel has experienced.

2. To allocate only 2 canned drinks of (mineralised) water in the room, even in the spirit of sustainability, is not practical. Of course, one can argue that requests can be made for additional “cans”…..but why the hustle? Also not sure if it’s ideal to boil mineralised water.

3. The Executive Lounge is too small to accommodate the large number of guests during festive periods.

4. Perhaps it may be perceived that having a bathtub in the room is deemed “prestigious/posh”. But taking a shower in a bathtub with ONLY half a glass panel separating the bathtub from the rest of the bathroom is simply impractical in my opinion. For rooms that have a bathtub and a separate shower area, I simply do not understand why there is only a rain shower (with no shower hose) in the shower area. The question really needs no further elaborations.

Dear charleslee_sg, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers. We genuinely appreciate your insights, as they are invaluable in helping us to improve our services. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially given your familiarity with Bonvoy hotels. Your concerns about the availability of pillows during peak times, the limited provision of water, and the capacity of our Executive Lounge during festive periods have been noted. We understand how these aspects can impact your overall enjoyment of your stay. We appreciate your feedback on the bathtub and shower design. We strive to offer a blend of luxury and practicality, and your suggestions will certainly be considered as we evaluate our facilities. We value your loyalty as a Bonvoy member and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable experience in the future. Please allow me to be a personal contact for you in the future, so that I can ensure all your stays will be most comfortable and enjoyable. We had two 3-night stays.

During our first stay, we got a 2-level upgrade to a large Harbor view room, as a Platinum and using our Suite Nights.

Our first room was a bit low on the 10th floor, and some of the Harbor view was blocked by the Art Museum.

The following day, Tim very kindly moved us to the 16th (top) floor, where the view was spectacular.

For our 2nd stay, Spencer very kindly again reserved for us the 16th floor (Platinum upgrade), but our Suite Nights was denied for a large room. We enjoyed the night Harbor light show from our rooms.

I spent many hours enjoying the Harbor view, even from bed.

The rooms are nicely renovated, very clean, with a couch and comfortable bed. The large rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom counter, desk and chair. The regular rooms and bathrooms are more tight.

For my birthday, Sophie very kindly sent a bottle of wine and macaroons.

Breakfast was good.

The evening food at the Club Lounge could be improved, and the hours moved to later, from the current 4:30 to 6:30 pm.

The subway is across the street, and we often used Uber.

I always stay at the Sheraton in Tsim Tsa Tsui because the location cannot be beat. After staying at the ritz Hong Kong last time I still decided to come back and did not regret it. They recently renovated all the rooms so they are nice with comfortable beds. Service is hit or miss. Lobby often required a 30 minute plus wait even for the elite line. Housekeeping service was quick though and all requests came within 10 or 15 minutes. As platinum, I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite when asked. The suite was large with living room, bedroom and a large bathroom. Basic rooms are a bit smaller. Lounge was very basic with minimal food and drinks. Breakfast buffet was the worse we had in Asia on our one month trip including multiple 3 star hotels. We ordered food panda a few times even though I got free breakfast. What makes this hotel standout is the location. Shops, restaurants, Victoria harbor, subway, bus stations, Nathan road, and star ferry all within a 10 minute walk. The new k11 musea food court in the basement was very good. There is a underground tunnel right next to the hotel that takes you there and it is air conditioned for the summer heat or during the rain. Dinner buffet was decent and it was 25 percent off for guests. The rooftop pool was nice and there are 3 jacuzzis with very nice view. The breakfast buffet was a lot better when I last stayed here about 5 years ago. Nonetheless even with ritz, w, st regis, and jw Marriott, I will choose to stay here because the location cannot be beat. I can walk to get my Hong kong street food across the street.
