We had a very pleasant stay at the Royal Plaza. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurants onsite were too expensive but there were plenty of more affordable food outlets nearby. My daughter made the most of having the shopping mall downstairs and attractions within walking distance.

Positives The hotel is in a great location with an adjoining shopping centre; MRT (Mong Kok East) located within the shopping centre; within close walking distance to Ladies Market and Mong Kok MRT. Notes The hotel staff are efficient however our room on floor 9 which was with city views was actually a view of palm frongs and trees (even...

Stayed at Hotel on Club Floor in a junior suite and loved it we felt like Royalty. The hotel itself is located attached to MOKO mall which is very nice but as i live near a very nice shopping mall at home did not appeal to me. We did however find it handy for one night to eat in there...

Wonderful staff from check-in through housekeeping to the front door team. Stayed on club floor with everything you could want, either on hand or appearing minutes after the request! Part of a mall with train below, easy walking to other shopping and market streets in abundance. In case that's not enough, try the free shuttle bus to major STS and...

This is a very comfortable hotel in a good location above an MRT station. The staff are courteous and helpful and the rooms a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent, although it gets very busy! They also have a great outdoor swimming pool!

Stayed here for 06 Nights, the hotel is located centrally and at walking distance to the must-go streets of Hong Kong. Everywhere is easily accessible from here. There is also a shopping center linked to the hotel called MOKO. Prince Edward Station is about 7-10 mins walk away from the station. The Mongkok-East Station is just 2 mins away. The...

We stayed here for about 4 nights before heading to America. We were very impressed with the service and tidiness of the hotel. It has everything you need, gym, pool, sauna, spa, restaurant and more. The only thing I would suggest is if you come in from the airport tired and need to sleep, the check in for the hotel...

Booked for 8 nights based on a recommendation from my mum who had stayed here previously. Decided to include the club lounge with my booking and am so glad that I did. The room was exceptionally comfortable, well set out and well appointed. The benefits of the club lounge were excellent, with a breakfast option either on the club floor...

I agreed with all the previous comment. Everything is good except reception staff took too long to process a room hence guests are lying on the lounges at the lobby waiting to get checked in, I heard an old man snoring his way as he probably exhausted from a long flight and kids running around while parents are checking out...
