Just loving it. Our experience staying with royal garden hotel was such heart warming, totally at ease, and we were so we'll pampered by all of the hotel crews from the from door to housekeeping crews. Thank you Nora from club floor whom greet us and serve us with such warm, attentive and yet as the same time leave me and my husband precious moments for to enjoy the club lounge prestigious tranquil atmosphere. However, never short of our refreshments. Excellent. A authentic Five stars Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Strongly recommend Bravo, my gratitude to your chefs devotional catering. My husband and I always visit the Royal Garden, and the recent last minute stay was on my birthday under the 'Dinner Ban'. We wished to find a place to have my birthday cake cut in a luxurious but comfortable room, therefore we booked the Junior Suite. Luckily, the last Junior Suite was available with an early personalized check-in on the twelve floor. The elevator experience was breathtaking as I was impressed with the red lanterns at the atrium of the hotel to celebrate the Lunar New Year. The Junior Suite is spacious with delicate refurbishment of a standard traditional five-star hotel, not to mention the generous bathroom. The bathtub with city view under the wooden curtains is the best part and the toiletries are handy in the drawers. The city view of Tsim Sha Tsui East and the magical sunset were my best work company, also the accommodating office desk. The room service was superb and handled with care. The stay at Royal Garden was extremely delicate with the comfortable suite and hospitality, we visit the hotel always and definitely remains our first choice.
