stayed here for 2 nights. staff were not rude but far from welcoming. Our first stop was the bar where no staff spoke english, cockroaches on the wall and the bar was very old with sticky tape holding the padded cushion edge of the bar together. Got to our room, the beds are like concrete slabs, the bathtub was blocked...

This hotel is located on Kimberley Street, Tsim Tsa Tsui. There are heaps of eating and shopping places just within walking distance. Location wise, this was great as it was close to the MTR station and bus stations. The hotel is accessible by bus from the airport or by taxi or MTR. When you enter the hotel, you are greeted...

We stayed here for 6 nights, it was a bit old and tired, but is currently having renovations done. It was in an ideal location to walk to the harbour, the main shopping streets and bars hidden across the road and behind the shops. The rooms are small but you have to consider, really you only sleep, change and shower,...

It's a decent room. Clean but staff not friendly enough. The location is great - near shops and restaurants - both high end and cheap. I like the hotel because it is walking distance to good shops and good food

The range of food provided for breakfast was excellent ranging from full English to full on Chinese eg noodles and dumplings etc. We bought octopus train passes at the airport and found it easy to get to this hotel which...

Previously to my stay I had been emailing the hotel manager, with various questions, which were always replied to, upon arriving late in the evening Mark over heard my name when checking in and came...

Rented 2 nights last minute here and its a horrible hotel rooms are very OLD outdated from the 80's. Tube style TVs in the family suites. Lots of rust around the electrical plugs and mould everywhere in the bathrooms, plus the ceiling looks like it's going to cave, we were on the top floor (where you had to climb on...

'If you do build a great experience, customers tell each other about that. Word of mouth is very powerful.' I have reserved 2 Standard rooms & 1 Suite room for our 4D/3N stay. For most travelers, convenience is a main concern. Add up to that, we always expect at least a good if not great customer service that will make...
