We were 5 families meaning 11 persons for five rooms. They asked for the check in all passports... Another thing...The luggages are supposed to be sent in the room by the hotel staff after check in. But surprise..At 2pm the rooms were not ready...So we had no choice to let the luggages and return later. WI Fi is not free...

I was in Hong Kong for a two day break, businessman travelling alone. My only issue with the Kimberley was the queque at the check in, I had about a half hour wait. Otherwise, good location, I don't walk around hotels looking at paint jobs etc. If the staff respond to my queries I am a happy chappy, so all...

The furniture and the interior of the rooms are very old. Bed is hard as a rock. No real value for money. Quite an expensive hotel but with little facilities. Far below 4 star standard as categorised in Agoda.

I had countless travels to Hong Kong, but my latest is the best. I stayed at Kimberly for 7 nights. The Hotel is not so spacious, but the staffs are accommodating. The best experience so far is their " buffet lunch and dinner". Try their buffet, their style is great yet Verg affordable.

I have just returned from a 4 day stay at The Kimberley and can honestly say that I wasn't all that impressed. Upon arriving here, the smell as you come in through the doors was decent, quite fresh. The check-in went smoothly enough and I got my key and went up to the 16th floor. Exiting the lift, that nice,...

This place is Kowloon side and is used mainly by tour groups from Korea and China and it is packed all the time. The rooms are small but for Hong Kong the price is small as well. Rooms are clean and neat and it is a short 1/2 block walk from the subway station. This place is not romantic but...

Good location walking distance to the MTR train station and restaurants. Fast responsive staffs when needed. Best buffet restaurant. The beds was hard to sleep at. Shower Head has to be changed. The Internet/Wifi is quite slow.

We stayed here on our way back from New Zealand. I wish I had listened to past reviewers. We had been travelling for 6 weeks staying in many hotels, motels and B&Bs, this was the grubbiest and had the most unhelpful and sometimes rude staff. Our view from our window was an alleyway full of rubbish that got larger as...

Starting with the positive - good location walking distance to the train station and food. Fast friendly staff. The rooms should not be rated 4 stars. Hard bed . need to pick up cleaning skills around the shower - some mould spotted. Shower head position need to be higher - even for Asian guy. Smell below average - damping smell.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com for the first time. I usually book my accomodations through Agoda.com. The flight we got was at 5 am December 24,2016. So my family and I were already at the airport 3 am for our flight to HK. When I booked for this hotel last Dec. 10 through Booking.com, there was a special request...
