We stayed in deluxe room at high floor for two nights, overall was satisfactory. The location of hotel is convenient, within walking distance to MTR station, eateries, temple street. Hotel staffs were helpful and attentive as well. We definitely will return in the future.More

Don't know about any shuttle service but it took us @25/30 mins to walk down to the ferry/cruise ship terminal, hope this helps.

Our room didn't have a bath, just a shower. We had a smaller room at the hotel, and didn't see a bigger room.
