Conrad Hong Kong seems to strike a balance between the old and the new, with its atmosphere offering lively experiences in well-kept rooms, despite some dated decor. The staff's exceptional service garners commendations for their attentiveness and efficiency. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel is just steps away from shopping, parks, and transit, making it a convenient spot for guests to explore the city. While the amenities, including the executive lounge and room comforts, are well-received, opinions on value diverge due to the contrasting views on dining costs and the need for updated facilities.

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel in the city center and the overall experience was perfect. First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants and attractions, and transportation is also very convenient. When checking in, the staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly, making me feel very welcome.
The hotel's guest room facilities are very luxurious, with comfortable beds, spacious, bright and well-equipped facilities. Free welcome fruits and drinks are also provided. Dining in the hotel was also great, the breakfast offered a wide variety of food and was of very high quality. In addition, the hotel also has a gym, swimming pool and spa, allowing me to enjoy physical and mental relaxation in my free time.
What surprised me most was the service quality of the hotel. Both the front desk service and the room service were very professional and thoughtful, which made my stay experience even more perfect. Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others and look forward to staying there again.

I can't remember how many times I have come to Conrad Hong Kong. Every time I come, I enjoy excellent service. This time is no exception. I booked for three nights, including the weekend, in advance. The hotel allowed me finish check-in at noon and gave me a Peak View suite for three nights for free. I thought it was the biggest surprise. But when I got to the room, I found that the white Conrad logo duck in the suite was quite cute, and because I stayed for three nights, the hotel gave me a special dragon year bear. Every service staff in the hotel is very warm and friendly. When I came to the executive lounge, I still saw those familiar faces, although I didn't know their names. For example, the tall boy was very enthusiastic to help every guest, and he also helped me to delay the check-out of the room until 3:00 pm, and let me continue to rest in the lounge after check-out, until I left for the flight to leave Hong Kong at night.

The room cleaning/housekeeping staff was also very patient and careful. I was impressed by Woody, the waiter on the 40th floor. He came on time every morning and tidied the whole room in an orderly manner. He also made me feel that housekeeping can be done so professionally, keeping a very comfortable distance from guests, while making people feel very comfortable. It was such great experience.

Because there is a shopping mall and a subway station downstairs, my stay was not affected too much by the No. 8 typhoon signal. I believe Conrad Hong Kong will still be my first choice for accommodation in Hong Kong in the future.

This is a fantastic hotel in Hong Kong. Great location to travel around HK, close to MTR and Tram services. The hotel rooms and service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. I used the pool area, gym and executive lounge and I could not find fault. I was allowed to check in at 8am with my flight landing at 6am from the UK. Breakfast was serve until 10:30am so still had time to grab a bite after freshening up from a long flight.

The pool attendants Tyler and Paolo are especially great, they keep the area spotless, plenty of fresh towels and provide fruit and water. They even helped arrange a coffee for me to help with the Jet lag!!

Turn down service and Chinese tea provided in the room, I also like how the room attendants lay out my toiletries onto a white cloth after I left them scattered about very nice touch.

Rooms are a great size, comfortable with working area, great bed and TV services and separate bath, shower and toilet which makes it very comfortable indeed.

It’s the second time I have stayed here in the last 4 months and I will return here again when visiting HK. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is conveniently located, directly connected to the Pacific Place mall, which is directly connected to Admiralty Station.
The hotel as a whole has a luxurious feel, and feels like a long-established establishment.
The rooms are old, but they are spacious and stately enough that it is not particularly inconvenient.
The breakfast venue is not that large, so you have to line up for a seat after 9:00.
There are many menus, mainly Chinese and Western food.
The noodle dishes made on the spot are highly recommended. They are very gentle on your stomach, which is tired from eating only Chinese food, so I ate them every day.
The wagon-type dim sum restaurant "Mingdu Shurou", which is popular among Japanese people, is also a short walk away.
From Hong Kong International Airport, take the A11 bus to Admiralty Station, then walk to the hotel. On the way back, take a taxi from the hotel to Hong Kong Station (IFC), and then take the train to the airport, but the latter may be better in terms of time and effort.
The bus is crowded, and the drop-off location is not inside the mall but along a normal road, so if you are going for the first time, you will get lost and it will take time, so I do not recommend it.
If I could just complain about one last thing, the room I stayed in on the first night was a connecting room, and I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the next room and the sound of doors opening and closing.
It was so noisy that I went to the front desk in the middle of the night to complain and asked to be changed, and they changed my room the next day, but Hilton hotels always assign connecting rooms.
It would be better to request in advance not to be assigned a connecting room when staying there.

We chose the Conrad as I had stayed here before some years ago.

We love the location of the Hotel (on the Island), and the Conrad brand. Nothing is too much trouble, and both being Hilton Gold members got upgraded to a nice room on the 60th floor (offering executive lounge access).

I have to say that the dining options at the hotel are great (and I will write separate reviews for them), but we ate at Nicolini’s 3 times during our stay !

We absolutely loved the lounge bar and their nightly music set (Shout out to James on the Piano !). It was great to have the opportunity to relax in the evening (between 6 and 10.30 ish). The drinks were reasonably priced, and came with wonderful snacks (fresh lychee, crisps and olives). We ended most evenings here…

We also used the executive lounge on the 59th floor a lot. We had breakfast there, afternoon tea, and they had a happy hour 5-7 (cocktails, wine snacks etc). The view from here across the harbour is about as good as it gets…We also need to mention Jason in the lounge, who always remembered our names and exuded positiveness and hospitality. Jason - you really made our trip, thank you!

We found the concierge very helpful, going out of their way to provide detailed instructions for us, making dinner reservations for us, and suggesting restaurants.

The pool and hot tub were good, although we didn’t have great weather so only used once.

We would stay here again if we return to Hong Long.

When I came to Hong Kong to be close to Victoria Harbor and the subway, I chose a dozen hotels and finally booked the Conrad because 1. It’s on the 6th floor of Pacific Place shopping mall (convenient for shopping and eating); 2. You can get out of the Admiralty MTR station without taking the overpass. Directly to Pacific Place, it is very convenient to walk for 3-5 minutes; 3. You can walk or take one station from the Central Pier (you can take the Star Ferry)
Breakfast is a buffet and is very rich. Breakfast is provided for 2 people in a standard room or a double bed (I booked a deluxe sea view room, the view outside the window is pretty good, the only drawback is that there is a tall building slightly blocking the view). That bowl of porridge was stewed with great heat.
There are many restaurants to choose from for dinner in the hotel. Because the room I booked on Ctrip included a 500 meal voucher, we chose the Western Restaurant Lounge in the lobby to dine. We ordered Singaporean Salat and Hainanese Chicken Rice, as well as a meringue crisp and a glass of watermelon juice. , the taste is so delicious, if it is full of five stars, I can give it six stars. The service is also great. The lounge and western restaurant are also on-site, which is very delicious.
Next time I come to Hong Kong, I will choose to stay at Conrad Hotel

The Conrad Hong Kong is a solid choice due to its excellent location and high standards. Our check-in agent escorted us to the 59th floor executive lounge for the short 30-minute wait until our upgraded harbor view room was ready. The afternoon tea and cocktail hour food in the executive lounge was high quality and satisfying, and the staff was excellent. The room itself might be showing its age, but it was well maintained and importantly, it was really quiet. You can walk to the peak tram station through Hong Kong Park in less than 10 minutes, with good signage directing you. The hotel is also connected via a series of escalators to the Admiralty subway station, which is perfect for getting across the harbor, and a good starting point for getting to places like HK Disneyland or the airport.

The lady receiving guests for the breakfast buffet at the Garden Cafe seems overworked and I saw her muttering to herself in Cantonese a few times. She should receive some more help or be rotated for a break.

After staying at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, in order to enjoy the view of Victoria Harbour from another angle, I specially booked an executive room with a harbour view on a high floor of the Conrad Hotel for one day, and noted that it was arranged on the highest floor of the 61st floor as much as possible, otherwise the building in front would block the view. But when I checked in, a handsome receptionist at the front desk said that it was only arranged on the 57th floor in advance, and it could be temporarily adjusted to an empty room on the 59th floor, or (because I am a Hilton Gold member) it could be upgraded to the mountain view suite on the 40th floor of the hotel (they said that the mountain view suite was only on this floor). We thought the view was more important, so we chose a room on the 59th floor, but after entering the room, we found that the facilities in this room were old and had a serious musty smell, so we had to go to the executive lounge to reflect to a Korean girl receptionist. Her service was great, and she adjusted it to a mountain view suite on the 46th floor. This suite is very worthwhile. Although there is no sea view, the area is much larger, the room layout is also very elegant, the living room has a corner window, the mountain view is also very beautiful, and you can even see a harbour view. As for the full harbour view that I have been thinking about, you can go to the executive lounge on the 59th floor to see it. But the layout of the executive lounge is a bit cramped, not as beautiful as in the hotel's promotional pictures. I went to the garden downstairs and found that the garden view was nice, with a beautiful big banyan tree. The outdoor swimming pool was also nice, but the water in the swimming pool was a bit cold, but there was a hot Jacuzzi next to it (you can change clothes in the gym down the spiral staircase at the entrance of the swimming pool). We have stayed in Conrad hotels in New York, Bangkok, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Tianjin. The one in Hong Kong is worthy of this brand and has a high cost-effectiveness, but it is not suitable for unobstructed views of the harbor. If I hadn't been adjusted to a mountain view suite by the Korean receptionist, I would have deducted a little point.

This hotel is just awful. The rooms are dated from the mid 90s, staff couldn’t care less, breakfast staff is particular isn’t even trying to pretend to be helpful.
I couldn’t find one positive thing to say. Nobody at the property has tried to do anything to be even remotely helpful, from checkin staff to valet, I’ve never seen a property with such attitude.

The location is good. The hotel is located in Admiralty. It is convenient to go everywhere and is close to the subway station. Check-in was quick and the service staff was attentive. The room is large enough and well maintained in all aspects. The bedding is very comfortable, the bed is high, and the shower supplies are very good. There are many kinds of breakfast food, there are outdoor seats, and it is well organized. The room is arranged with a sea view and views of Victoria Harbour. The swimming pool area is very comfortable and can be enjoyed to the fullest. Executive Lounge service staff are always smiling. They often remember the names of their guests and try to address them by their first names. The food in the lounge is good and the view is great. I will definitely stay here again next time. I will also recommend it to different friends and family and look forward to staying there next time.
