I stayed at the city inn for 2 weeks and enjoyed my stay there. It had a mix of western people and Chinese . The location is in fortress hill approx a 3 minute walk to the MTR station and tram stops. Staff were great especially in the restaurant during breakfast which was fantastic. A mix of Chinese and western...

An excellent hotel , very clean , and serving a magnificent breakfast , with choices galore.Evening meals are provided in both its western themed , and chinese themed restaurants. Western restaurant food is superb , but the Chinese one provided us with , poor service , a rather rude manageress , and we ended up not getting what we asked...

I would definitely recommend the City Garden Hotel. The Room was clean, well designed, reasonably spacious with free WFI. The hotel is in the suburbs but in a convenient location close to a MTR station and Starbucks! I can't praise the reception staff enough who were extremely helpful when I had to rebook flights at last minute following a cancellation

Stayed in Nov 2011 for one night, friendly staff at the reception and concierge, very helpful and efficient. Check-in and check-out was efficiently handled and no delays, nice and friendly. The room is a little run down needs a facelift but comfy and has all what you need. The only issue is that the laundry service, if you are on...

The room had a more than decent size, full bathroom ameneties, there is free WIFI and free DSL internet in the room, the tv is...

We booked here last minute over New Year's Eve (incidentally the hotel's own website matches the deals advertised on hotel booking websites so it is worth checking them out because they allow you to select double instead of twin and smoking or non-smoking). We stayed in the room category one up from Basic and the rooms were a really nice...

We found the City Garden to be a clean, good quality hotel, with helpful staff, good sized (for Hong Kong) rooms and a nice breakfast buffet all in a suburban, but not inconvenient location. Having previously stayed at the Metropark Causeway Bay, the rooms at City Garden were noticeably larger, yet still clean and tidy with an LCD TV offering...

I stayed here with my daughter having spent a month travelling around China. It was an expensive treat after staying in hostel but we were not disappointed. The rooms are large we had twin beds which were so comfortable and had TWO of the biggest loveliest pillows each. We slept really well and didn't have noise problems others say about....
