My wife and I have just had the wonderful experience of the Kowloon Hotel 5 nights, while the rooms are small, they are very clean and well furnished, the hotel is also close to the waterfront, shopping and MTR (rail). Must say very impressive services are offered on the Club Floor and are real value for money (like free drinks,...

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. Nothing else. The impression of this hotel already got a discount after the receptionist told me the room rate that I booked is TOO LOW for mileage accrual. Well, the irony was I booked this rate from the hotel's website. Not hardup for the miles, I just thought there could...

The rooms at the Kowloon are small as practically everywhere in Hongkong. The hotel location is ideal for sightseeing and shopping. At check-in we were immediately proposed an up-grade to the harbour club floor at a very reasonable price considering that breakfast, tea, free softdrinks etc as well as free Wi-Fi were included. A very pleasant stay indeed.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way to Sydney and were reasonably happy with the hotel in fact we arrived at 11am and one of our rooms was already available so we were able to leave our luggage whilst we had a walk around to familiarise ourselves with the area and the 2nd room was promised to be...

I absolutely love this hotel! it is so convenient and right across high end boutiques such as chanel, LV, and the likes. Connected to Seibu mall and Starbucks. Area surrounding this hotel is safe. Right behind are a lot of cheaper food options, currency exchange. Its just a 10 min walk from the plush CANTON ROAD. Near H&M. Also connected...

Stayed at The Kowloon Hotel for 10 days on the Harbour Club Floor. We had 2 adjoining rooms with a door between and 2 bathrooms. My sister and husband had the bedroom and I slept on the sofa bed in my room. The sofa bed was shocking. The innersprings were poking through the cover. When I complained they immediately brought covers to...

Whenever I have a short stopover in Hong Kong I always stay in this hotel. Great value and the location is ideal for shopping. Although the rooms are very small, I usually spend one or two nights in Hong Kong so only use the room for sleeping.

I had booked this hotel onTravelocity.com. The booking was for 2 adults an and 2 kids, but there were only beds for 2 people (the rooms are very small), so we had to check out and find us another hotel. Very little support and help from the hotel staff.
