With the Covid still rampaging everywhere but in Hong Kong, resulting in very few visitors, we took advantage of very reasonable prices offered to us.
Location of this hotel is excellent for any traveller, family, couple, solo or business.
Wan Chai market I’d less than a 10 minute walk away, 5 minutes to the bars, and 15 minutes walking to the Causeway bay shopping district, where a multitude of good restaurants can also be found.
We enjoyed the dinner buffet at Le Cafe, situated in the hotel, were fresh seafood, good meat, and an otherwise wide selection. Value for money is very good.
On the fourth floor there is a gym, which is very well equipped for a hotel gym, even with free weights for guys liking to do the heavy lifting. Impressive.
The pool was located on the same floor, nice, fresh, 6 feet deep, with a children’s pool alongside.
The staff was very helpful, and going out of their way to give you a great experience.
We were very happy with this hotel, and recommend it to travellers of any category.

A very nice stay during a hard time for everybody especially for the Hotel and tourist business.
The Hotel is suffering from very low degree of customer capicity and some safety economic measures has to been made.
The safety measures which the hotel does regarding frequently desinfections, intensiv cleanings, and customer temperatur checks made me feel having a safe stay there.
Due to I am a diament member some of the benifits have been a bit limited, such as having a room in the lounge floor and enjoying the lounge. However it wasnt disapointed at all. I received a nice room in another floor and the lounge happy hour and beakfsat was changed to the buffet breakfast and happy hour time at the bar section which I actually even prefer. The drinks been great and the food they brought to me was excellent.
Generally I need to give a big thx for all the Lounge staff who really took very good care of me and even build up a good friendship during my long stay.
They always fullifilled my needs and the best way they could, and mase my stay very comfortable so that I feel not too bored. Gave me a lot of good suggestions to explore HK from a different way. Usually I only stayed in HK for business purposes, this time I really enjoyed some nice weekends there for leisure.
As I am regular customer for many years, I really can recomment this Hotel for the perfect service, location, great buffet restaurant and accomodation.

Novotel Century Hong Kong is located in the Wan Chai district on the Island of Hong Kong. Close to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center (HKCEC), its excellent location offers easy access to the MTR subway station and the StarFerry Terminal, or even to take the tram (ding-ding). Still close to the hotel, Causeway Bay is a 10-minute walk away. Being one of the most populous neighborhoods in the world, staying in Wan Chai guarantees good options for food and entertainment at any time of the day. And the manager Mr. Tim is very attentive, friendly and professional.

We have been enjoying our stay here at Novotel Century hotel, Wanchai
Location is nice, there’s a lot of good restaurants nearby, mrt station is few steps away from the hotel and not to mention, it’s only few blocks away from Causeway Bay the shopping district!!
Rooms here are clean and cozy plus the view of our room is so nice since we got the one facing the harbor view.
The complimentary food on the lounge area for the executive rooms are surprisingly good especially their chicken wings with stuffed rice and sweets, yummmmm!
The service here has been amazing, staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Sanki, Chloe, Yoko, Crystal, Terrence and Rebecca from front desk. Yannie, Wing, Vincent, Sunny and Grace from F&B. And not to forget about Michelle from the housekeeping department who’s super nice and friendly.
Overall, this hotel has never fail to amaze me and my fam!! Giving it a 10/10 🔥

Staff are very nice. Service is good. The hotel location is really convenient as it is in the centre of wan chai. The food seems delicious. The room is big as in Hong Kong. The towels are clean and white.
It’s such a shame that no gym and swimming pool can be use at this moment but they look good too.
It is very near to the bus station and Mtr station. The sogo is only 10mins walk away.

The service my wife and I received at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we had to leave, the staff provided us with advice on good shopping spots, things to see, places to avoid and transport options. Thank you Krystal for looking after us and ensuring we had the best stay. I also acknowledge the concierge who directed us to the best shopping areas, we picked up some good bargains from her advice.
Our room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Although it was a little smaller than what we are use to, it didn’t affect our holiday.
We will definitely book this hotel again. This was the first time we have stayed on Hong Kong Island and will most certainly stay here again the next time we come to Hong Kong.
Overall, we felt so special and happy. Looking forward to seeing all the staff again at Novotel Century Hong Kong.

Stayed at this Novotel for separate short period la in between November and in December. It is situated in a great location and always enjoyed its convenience to public transport and eateries.
All the staff are very nice and professional. Being a regular guest, I got to know some staff. Zanki and Suey in the front desk were very helpful and assisted me to do some last minute booking changes patiently and offered me good rooms to my liking. Housekeeper Jackie is a very nice, easygoing person, attentive and always offered extra pods of my favourite decaf. coffee and plenty of water.
Breakfast is good and tasty. During my long stay, the chef offered customers different choices of Asian food on alternative day that even made my stay feel better.
By and large, it was a nice stay and feel like home once I got to know some nice staff.

Novotel’s staff members ensure you have the best stay in their hotel - our butler, James, emailed us well in advance to confirm with us our requirements (we require a bathtub and late check out).

our room had a shower only
Yes and unless you book a suite( which also come with lounge access) then you will be on one of the executive floors which are at the top of the building giving the best views. Don't worry about lifts there are plenty and we never had to wait for them.
Idk if you have used other Accor Exec' lounges but just a heads up that this one is far from big. That said they make the most of the space and the staff will bend over backwards to assist you in anyway they can. It's also a great place to meet some of the hotels regulars ( there's a few expats who are all but resident in the place and they have some great tips and history of the island).
We were there in Aug/ Sept 19 and found the entire staff excellent from check-in to check out. Look out for Derek one of the porters. He's an older gentlemen and what he doesn't know about HK isn't worth knowing( including being up to date on the cool/ hip nightspots to hit up!). They have a great concierge team to assist with reservations, days out etc but good old Derek just seems to know everything and his smile is infectious.
