This is a 3 star hotel by international standard with uplifted decors for the corridor and facade. The location is pretty central of city and for that great value for money. The rooms whilst small is still pretty clean, I would recommend this place for its helpful staff, location and cleanliness.

A very pleasant stay at the well designed hotel with modern amenities. The room was a bit small but cosy enough. The staff was very polite and helpful. A very well laid out breakfast with a great variety of food, Dinner, especially, the Sea Food buffet was the best treat during the stay at HK. Strongly recommended

We had an executive suite on the 29th floor and the view was amazing. We could see over a great deal of the harbour and the wonderful Hong Kong skyline. We paid extra to have two rooms; one lounge area and the other a bedroom as we were staying for two weeks. This was excellent. A free mini bar was...

If you are in need of a smooth night and a restful sleep after a few hours of business travel or an all day set of meetings, this is a good, convenient and well-priced hotel on the fringe of Wan Chai night life, and an easy eight minute taxi ride to Central. Recently spent one night here in between some...

I really like the free shuttle service to HK station. Takes ~15 minutes one way and comes every 20 minutes. Stayed for a night. We only had half a day in HK before next flight, so our goal is to quickly check-in, leave our stuff, and explore Causeway Bay. Room - small as expected, a lot of dust underneath the...

Other than the good location, I am very disappointed with this hotel. Reception staff were not really friendly. The rooms were tiny and the furnishings were old and out-dated. Shelves in the cupboard were so low that it seems they were meant for dwarfs! The wifi was also terrible, very bad connection. Definitely will not return to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel with connecting rooms after booking online and prepaying early to secure a good discount. Overall, even at discounted prices I would decide to stay somewhere else next time. The hotel seemed overwhelmed at the time we checked in, having little line management, many guests simply jumped the queue and swarmed the desk. Our rooms were...

If visiting hk the Rosedale (or nearby Le Petite Rosedale) is a good choice. Like most hotels in Hong Kong the rooms are relatively small. During my stay in the room temperature was extremely cold and even though I adjusted the room temperature up after the room was cleaned I always found that the cleaning lady had adjusted the room...

I visited this hotel several times over the past few months (I usually stayed for a few days each time) The staff was very helpful and friendly yet I found the smell in some of the rooms was unbearable. I believe the people who previously stayed were smoking inside the room and they just simply ignored the no smoking sign....

My husband and I spent three nights here. We were dissatisfied with the with the front desk staff. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for information on dinner choices and tour information and they we not at all helpful or knowledgeable. The hotel was in a great location. The room was adequate and clean.
