Don't expect too much for the price you pay for this hotel. 1. Room was dusty and when I checked in there was strong cigarette smell. Had to put up with the unpleasant smell for one night as the staff claimed that there were no other rooms available. There was dirty liquid in the glass in the bathroom. 2. The bathroom was not clean and very mouldy (Both initial room and the room that I switched to). Two moths and a cockroach were present. The towel handle at the bathroom door was falling off. 3. The housekeeping staff gave me a bottled water that was already opened and partially consumed. When approached the staff about this, she asked me how could she help. Just get me a new one, for goodness sake! It's not rocket science hospitality! 4. There was an issue with the door lock one day. The door didn't automatically lock and anyone could enter my room without using key card. After informing the operater about this situation, the staff took their sweet time to rectify that issue. I couldn't just leave my room unlocked - no sense of urgency at all. 5. Stained bedsheet.

Booked this hotel for 14 days for self quarantine after entering Hongkong, everything was great , the staffs were helpful and they try their best to fulfill our request during the entire stay. Meanwhile , there is a senior male receptionist with spec provided a super bad service during check-in. He was not helpful at all, when he told me the room not ready, I asked him whether I can store my luggage for awhile and he only answer yes but did not tell me / help me with the luggage, he just showed his attitude “I have done my job”. And entire process he only focus on his computer without any engagement and smile. Bu

The location of the hotel a bit far away from the MTR station, the walking distance may take around 10-15 minutes. Btw, there were lots of restaurants located nearby, also convenience store and supermarkets were easy to find. We had reserved the superior room with double bed from the online travel agent. However, the bed types provided based on availability, double bed rooms were all fully booked on that day! We got the rooms with two single beds and hotel already put two beds together act as double bed for us. A bit disappointed on it!!

The location of this hotel is so so, need to walk a bit of a distance from the MTR. The senior officer who served us at check was super rude, and her manners were quite appalling. which I don’t think deserves a four star service. The room is an ok size but the bathroom is super small and cramped and it is quite dark.

Hotel is located at prime location of Kowloon, to me it falls in budget hotel category, rooms at very small, breakfast has limited options if you are vegetarian, service is good , staff is friendly, hotel has a rooftop restaurant which has decent view in the night which according to me is the only highlight of this place apart from the location.
