Stayed 2 nights last week, when our planned trip to Macau fell through.
Really liked the vibe of this hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a more personal feel.
Room was very streamlined and compact, but had everything a traveller would need. Beds were very comfortable, and although they were singles, they had oversized quilts, so it was nice and snuggly. Liked the panoramic windows, although being on the 28th floor, it wasn’t for the faint hearted! Think if we’d stayed longer, we would have upgraded to the larger room.
Location was good, and we saw a different part of the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We liked the hotel lounge, as you could relax and just have a light bite. Thoroughly recommend, and would happily stay again.

The interior design blends modernity with comfort, and the spacious space makes you feel relaxed. Large windows provide plenty of natural light to make the whole room bright and pleasant. The furniture in the suite is refined and practical, especially the soft bed, so that people don't remember when they lie down. The bathroom is fully equipped and equipped with premium bathing supplies to make every bath a pleasure. Surprisingly, the mini bar food personally delivered by the head of the Housing Department demonstrates the care and quality of the hotel. The terrace is also a highlight, whether it's a morning coffee or a night view, can make the crowd forget. Overall, this is a recommended stay experience.

This is a delightful boutique hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. As many international guests were in town for a family wedding and staying at the Hari, it was important that it went smoothly and the staff went out of their way to ensure it. Nothing was a bother - from steamers and irons to extra towels and replacement of misplaced room keycards they were very helpful. The rooms and bathroom area are admittedly quite small but the quality of the bedlinen and towels and robes made up for that.
Breakfast was a little underwhelming in variety and I would suggest the room needs fresh milk every day for coffee and tea but The Terrace food and drinks are excellent. The lobby staff were quick to summon taxis and open doors and the Checkin staff most accommodating. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The best things to mention first. Some of the staff are personable and accommodating (Ebrahim S.), while others seem more or less indifferent to the needs of their guests (one of the breakfast staff was downright rude). The interior design is modern and appealing, especially the daybed in some rooms gives a relaxed atmosphere.
The location in Wan Chai is good as public transportation is just a few steps away and there are also some nice traditional HK restaurants.

Disappointing was the fact that the corner room I booked didn't have a corner window, just a normal window front overlooking a drab facade across the street (on a high floor). But what bothered me the most was the plastic cover on the mattress and topper. The quality of sleep suffers massively from this mattress cover and it felt more like sleeping on an air mattress than on a supposed 5-star bed.

The Hari Hong Kong is an oasis, creating space for calm in one of the most active cities in the world.

As I stepped out of my taxi into the entry way of the Hari I was welcomed by ample beautiful palms and the most welcoming staff I have had the pleasure of meeting in a recent memory.

My room on the 25th floor had rich dark hardwood floors and a striking white marble modern bathroom. I was shocked to have so much space in a city as densely populated as Hong Kong. The room was beyond all expectations.

After a great nights sleep (I couldn’t believe I beat the jet lag on the first night) I went down to the breakfast buffet. I was greeted by a colourful classic display of breakfast foods, alongside some classic Cantonese breakfast dishes. I ordered the eggs Benedict and had a lovely coffee while I waited (they take their coffee very seriously in HK and the Hari was no different) my breakfast main arrived and the eggs were perfectly poached, the hols raise rich and creamy. It was perfect! I then moved on to have “breakfast desert” I am on holiday after all! I had some pastries, cake and fruit all fresh and delicious, often where most breakfast buffets fall short the Hari excelled.

Location wise, The Hari is perfectly situated in Wan Chai between causeway bay and central there is so much to see and ample access to the brilliant transport options HK has to offer a 5-8 minute walk to the underground (depending on what music you’re listening to)

After a day of exploring I came back to the Hari and tried their ZOKU Japanese restaurant. The “that’s how we roll” menu is fantastic my highlights were the ebi and wagu sushi - the martinis were brilliant also.

All in all I couldn’t recommend the Hari hotel more. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time.

We had an amazing experience at The Hari Hong Kong hotel. It's perfectly located near the center with easy access to all key things in Hong Kong. The design of the hotel is just amazing and luxurious. Our room was very specious, clean, perfect design evoking the right feelings you want to have during your holiday. Staff was super polite and helpful, going out of their way to make sure you feel like home. All in all, an amazing experience and would definitely stay there again next time we are in HK. Highly suggested!

The service providing for the birthday celebration is excellent! Thanks to Almond , a very polite and helpful manager, he prepared a beautiful set of the celebration balloons, the wine and the cake. The hand drawing card is the most impressive and I didn’t expect that, the drawing is very beautiful and we love it so much! Also, the room is very comfortable, it is quiet, the bed and the pillows are extremely comfortable. Thanks to the hotel quality control, the air quality in the room is incredibly good, I feel so comfortable as I am a person with serious nasal allergies. Overall experience is excellent and it is strongly recommend.

The Hari HK went above and beyond - everything was seamless and well designed. The hotel itself is smart, clean, tastefully decorated and the premium corner rooms have fabulous views of the peak (recommend requesting a high floor). The services ie laundry, in room dining etc were all seamless and reasonably priced and the beds are extremely comfy.

What stood out the most was the service. A special thank you to Almond and his team for the thought and time that went into preparing our visit - we were greeted with balloons, personalized mini weekend itinerary, chocolates and cocktails! We were offered early check in and late check out and no question or request seemed to be too much to ask. The service was always with a smile and we will 100% be returning next time we're in HK - thank you Almond for everything!

This hotel is located exactly halfway between MTR Wan Chai and Causeway Bay.
When checking in, we walked for just under 10 minutes from Wan Chai Station. It may be a little difficult if you have a heavy suitcase, but the route is easy to find.
As soon as we entered the hotel, a staff member guided us to the front desk, and check-in at the front desk was smooth. All the staff were very kind and spoke English.
The double room was modern, clean, and comfortable.
I read in a review that the shower room leaked water, and it was true that the door didn't close properly and there was a small amount of water leaking. But it wasn't enough to bother me. The amount of leakage may vary depending on the room.
The bath roses and slippers were fluffy and very comfortable, and the bed was also soft.
The room was very quiet and I was able to rest comfortably.
Both Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are in the downtown area, so there is no problem with food and shopping, and it was a good location.

I stayed for two nights, and when I came back after going out, the room was very well cleaned, which was nice.
It was a hotel that I would like to stay at again next time.

My stay here at The Hari Hong Kong has been nothing short of incredible. For my first holiday since the pandemic, I was somewhat trepidatious about travelling solo and to such a far-away location no less. After spending countless hours researching the best hotels in Hong Kong, I discovered The Hari. Already an establishment with a wealth of positive reviews, it comes as no surprise that The Hari truly exceeded my expectations. When booking directly with the Hotel via their site, you are given the opportunity to provide additional information regarding your booking (and quoted the best rates), it was heartwarming to see that the staff had done their very best to ensure my stay was one to remember (thoughtful gestures such as allowing for early check in to accommodate my flights, noting my preference for and thus providing me with a room on the highest floor, and leaving a selection of sweet treats and a detailed postcard containing recommendations for things to do). Throughout my stay, the staff have been beyond attentive and accommodating, doing their utmost to provide a level of service and excellence that would be expected from the most renowned hotels. Based on my experience, I believe the hotel itself is represented accurately in regards to the quality of facilities, rooms, hygiene and amenities, for a luxury boutique I would argue that their rates are more than reasonable. I would therefore highlight that the most impactful differentiator of the Hari when compared to other more “luxurious” and expensive hotels, is the experience facilitated by the staff. Thank you The Hari Hong Kong for being an incredible home away from home. I look forward to returning some day soon!
