3rd time to book in this hostel (10days) and we're quite pleased with our room view fronting the seaside...location is very, very convenient with MTR below and at the heart of Nathan Road and so close to Harbour City...free shuttle bus to/from Kowloon Airport Check-in just beside Chungking Mansion...Rahmzy was accommodating and acted fast on our requests...

We booked Garden Guest House but was placed here. We then realised that floor 15 & 16 hotels at Block C were all under the same management and apparently of the same standard. Our room was small....the smallest we have ever stayed in. However, all was clean, functioning and our wifi was good and fast. The guys at reception were... More

I paid a fair wack for this guest house and on arrival.....after spending ages trying to find the right building and correct lift to go in (1 lift for odd number floors and 1 lift for even number floors) I arrived at the reception area. They informed me there was no rooms left, so they would put me in another... More

I travelled to Hong Kong alone and the location for this hotel was excellent. Of course the room is tiny, but what can you expect with this price? The room was clean and I got a good night sleep. Just remember to call the hotel if you check in after 12 at night. The phone numbers in front of hotel... More

This is small, minimalistic accomodation for budget travellers. The room was tiny, very tiny, but clean. It measured around 6 feet width by 10 feet length. There is a tv and a phone, Wifi is free but the speed is poor. The bathroom is also tiny but has hot water. I saw a couple of rooms occupied by ladies so... More

I stayed 2 nights on october 2013. The room was very small, there's no room for our luggage, the air conditioner needs to be switched off in order to turn on the water heater. The wifi did not work at all. The towels was very smelly. And the access to the hotel was very stingy. But the manager was nice,... More

We stayed 2 nights here in February 2013. The room was tiny, there was barely enough room for my friend and I to move around. The bathroom was also tiny; we didn't use it at all. Chung King Mansion itself is a bit sketchy, so we didn't feel all that secure staying there. When we checked in, we were taken... More

We stayed there last year (July to be exact) and it was a nightmare. First, the building was so dingy and we were brought to another floor because the floor where we where supposed to be booked (and we booked ahead of time) was full. We agreed, thinking it was still Carlton Guest House. It was only after we got... More

This place might be great for solo backpackers or a couple but not for a family of 4 or more. The place is really dense and you can barely move especially if you and your family/pals are standing all together. There are no dining spaces whatsoever and the room reek of rotten baby milk. The staff is great though and... More

It probably wasn't the best ever stay that you could've hoped for, but it was much better than the other guest houses nearby. The bathroom didn't actually have a real 'shower', it only had a hose in the same 1m x 1.5m 'room'. The room we stayed in had 2 beds & a TV. The TV had only 1 English... More
