We just stay for one night, the room is tiny, and very dirty floor, the bathroom is very small, if you took a shower all the floor are wet, it had a very bad smell, and the location is bad too, I am glad I just stay for one day only.

Not Bad, staff are nice, and really convenient location! Walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR station in legit 2 minutes which connect to every place in HK. Definitely worth the price. The room might be small but have everything that you will need.

We stayed 3 nights at M1 Hotel. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom/shower was inconvenient as the toilets can get wet if you don't close the shower curtain properly. The most incompetent part of our stay was that when we called reception from our room to ask if they offered free breakfast items in the lower level he confirmed...

Hmmm. It's quite a nice room, while getting upgraded to the Superior room, you can enjoy the city view. While still spacious for 4 pcs of luggage and 2 person of stay. the transparent glasses of toilet might a bit not suitable when its comes to stay with colleague or normal friend, but luckily I don have to care of...

Hotel is really near Yau Ma Tei station and close to the Airport Express Shuttle stop. The room was small but cozy, clean and comfortable. But the worst part is wifi, wifi should be faster than this. Deposit needed is too much. Good restaurant options nearby.

The hotel is very small but price is not that cheap not in a very convenience location. I won't like to stay at the hotel again:( My husband found a needle in front of the hotel and he told the staff he didn't care or less.

We stayed at the M1 Hotel in a double room for two nights valued at about $107/night (we used credit card points to pay). It's one of the least expensive hotels we found for our quick stop in HK on a budget. Rooms are clean and small, but all you need if you're out and about all day. AC and...

You can actually look very clear inside the bathroom through the wall made of glass. Quite embarrassing among family members. But the room is standard, clean and cozy. The staffs are are nice and helpful.

Surprised by the good quality of service and room. The room was tidy and relatively spacious. The bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was expanded but all of us still had sufficient space to pass by the furniture. It would be much convenient to have a socket right to the expanded sofa bed. The door was near the lift. Thus...

We spent last 3 night in the M1 hotel. We've got a room on the 20th floor so we had no trouble from the noisy traffic. The rooms are small but nice and clean. The staff is kind and helpfull. This hotel is a good place from where you can discover the whole city, because its near at nathan road...

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
