We stayed here end of April 2012. We actually stayed a few nights at a 4-star hotel, but also stayed here for 2 nights to save some dough. The location was awesome, right beside the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit, right beside KFC, McDonalds, with banks like HSBC, Citibank, Stan Chart and lots of good money changers nearby. It's right...

Very adequate guest house. The location is great. Right in the middle of TST, across the street from the MRT station. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. However, the rooms are really tiny. The double sized bed for the two of us took up 75% of the room. It is more than adequate if you are small in stature,...

I stayed in HK in this hostel for a couple of nights before going to another hostel nearby that had no availability on these dates. Hence, after seeing some good reviews and the good location in Kowloon, I decided to book this hostel. The location proved to be a little tricky to find, but eventually I managed to get to...

We booked a room at Magestic House but ended up in Sealand House instead. The room was teeny tiny, one of the smallest I've stayed in but it was clean, had air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants around, close to transit or the ferry to get around and lots of sights in...

We stayed at the Sealand over Chinese New Year and found it to be exactly what we needed. It's 30 seconds away from Tsim sha Tsui station and located in a mansion building on Cameron Road on the 8th floor. This means it's so central, you can get to everywhere easily by hopping on the MTR. It's not in a...

I stayed at the Sealand Guesthouse during my first ever visit to HK. The location was amazing, bang in the middle of TST, right by the subway system and a great base for setting out to see HK by foot. Located on a well lit, busy street and a bunch of cafes, eateries, shops and convernience stores right on the...

I stayed here for 5 nights or so and had no complaints. The rooms are tiny (like most in HK), but clean and reasonably bright, the location is good, literally 1 min from Tsim Sha Tsui station. Staff was friendly and had no problem with me repeatedly extending my stay. They have a second guesthouse (Majestic House) on the other...

We do long term stays and arrange private rates directly with the hotel. That is why we will not refer to price paid for a room in our reviews, but it is always well below advertised, on line or walk-in rack rates. We stayed nine nights on this occasion. As ever, feel free to contact us directly for further questions...

My wife, 5-year old son and I stayed in HK for 5 nights...and we stayed at this guest house...the room was small but what would you expect from a guest house...and anyway, you're not going to HK to stay in your room because you better spend your time exploring the city's attractions...as what the previous poster has said, the guest...
