Spent three nights here at the end of our Wendy Wu tour (The Mighty Yangtze - fantastic) and were pleased with the quality of the bedroom. Nice lobby and dining room serving both western and eastern breakfasts. Pity the personal habits of the chef did not match the surroundings. For a hotel that welcomes many western tourists in tour parties...

I stayed here on the first leg of my Wendy Wu China Explorer Tour recently (highly recommend that!) . The hotel’s location wasn’t great but to be honest we didn’t really have enough spare time to worry about that. It was a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Liujiayao, line 5) and the system is very easy to...

The hotel is set back from the road so is in a quiet environment. Not too far from the City Centre. Clean and comfortable bedroom with free green tea (no coffee) making facility. Plenty of choice of food for breakfast in the ground floor (Western) restaurant - eggs are cooked to order.

The hotel shows some wear. Overall we thought it very nice. Like any foreign area many of the staff did not understand English but most tried to figure out what you needed. Some of the front desk were curt. Not sure why probably just failure to understand. We ate here and the food was fine and a nice variety. We...

The room is very nice with the size and facilities. WiFi in room is strong. The location of the hotel is easy to get to other interesting places and easy to get a taxi. The breakfast restaurant offers variety of food. But for egg menu you need to wait. The majority of staff there don't speak any English and it...

It will be...

Like so many others before us, we stayed here as part of a Wendy Wu tour. It's a typical 'coach tour' hotel and perfectly acceptable for a two night stay on a busy schedule. Our room was actually quite spacious with a sofa and large twin beds, which were comfortable - not hard as other people seem to have experienced....

The twin beds provided were comfortable with the mattresses good...Toilet facilities clean and spacious with usual necessary stuff...Breakfast buffet with Chinese and Continental adequate with eggs on order station...staff helpful but unable to converse in English...Restaurants...

We stayed here on the Beijing leg of our Wendy Wu tour and had one or two issues. First the beds are very hard. To be fair, this is a common in Beijing; it’s the kind of bed the locals like but for westerners it’s uncomfortable. The problem was alleviated by our guide who arranged for additional duvets to be...

Three night stop at this hotel as part of group of 10. Met at airport by National Guide - Shirley (Huang Xiang) who accompanied the group throughout the tour in China and was always available. Shirley was a highlight of the tour, caring and very professional. Hotel has limited but OK UK breakfast, and large Chinese selection. Bank of China...
