I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Some staff member could speak English, which was very helpful. The room was small and in the basement with no window, so a little damp and smelly. That is what you get for 190 RMB per night in Beijing in a tourist hotel! The location is great and very central. Take subway...

I enjoyed pretty much everything about this hotel. subway station across the street. plenty of city buses right out in front. not in tourist area but very close to it. a good 20 minute walk or short subway ride. front staff did not speak much English. lobby and rooms were very clean. the only bad thing was the beds were...

Pro: it's short walk to metro. and bus stop. just a few stops to main attractions. OK for short trip. Con: room is too small. we had basement room with no window. we felt suffocated as you cant even see the outside and had weird smell

Ive never done a review like this before!! Im pretty easy going BUT...Do not stay here, I repeat, do not stay here!! First of all, EXPEDIA's advertising about this hotel is completely misleading!! 1. To begin our Beijing stay, we had the rudest staff in the world, and Ive been to many places, here they are by far the worst,...

I've never left a negative review before. But this was one of the worst experiences I have had while travelling. We were moved between three different rooms over a one week period. Each room had its own unique issues; including but not limited to: brown water leaking up from the floor, clogged toilet overflowing and the dirty water not being...

This wasn't a bad hotel. For the price we payed, I've seen worse. This place is close to a lot of restaurants and is not far from the train station, which is a PLUS. As far as the room is concerned, it was clean and well maintained. Although we did have a problem with the air conditioning and called the...

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. Our flight landed early in the morning and we were luckily able to check in early. The location of the hotel is pretty much opposite the metro, which is great. Only a couple of the staff at the front desk spoke a limited amount of English. The hotel staff were...

前台接待对旅馆的询问服务态度缺乏热诚,很是冷漠。然而其高级主管(或许是经理吧)的接待服务水平非常赞赏。 客房的保养维修和卫生 水平,太不到位了。 The customer service of the front office staff lacks passion and basic politeness. They just don't face you when answering your enquiry. You need to struggle to get their attention. They just feel that you are not important at all. To them customers are just people looking for a place to sleep. However, this is not the...

We stayed here on a school tour and it offered a great location and good value. The rooms were comfortable, a bit frayed around the edges and clearly seen better days, but fine. The carpet gripper was a little exposed in my room for example, and the lights didn't always correspond exactly to the controls. The students had no complaints...
