I stayed here for 5 nights in mid 2016. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The subway was only a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The buffet breakfast was great.
stayed 1 night between trips. excellent service. rooms were spotless with tea and coffee facilities which were gratefully recieved., breakfast was lovely with a very varied menu to suit all palates. very welcoming.

The hotel is central, but also not close to much. The moat that surrounds the center of the city is a block away and a nice walking path. There are some restaurants within walking distance, you can ask at the hotel. It is more for business travelers, I think. But the hotel is a full service, there should be someone to help with information. Download Google translation app before you go. Many who do not speak English have apps that translate from Mandarin to English, but not back on their phones.
