I don't normally review hotels but I feel compelled to warn people over this hotel. Firstly, it is advertised as a five star, not even close, The rooms are basic but they all smell of smoke and the food is below average. Secondly, there is suppose to be a hot springs and a KTV, there is not. Well, if you...

Good experience had, clean rooms and amenities, WiFi reasonable, breakfast buffet plentiful, convenient to downtown Beijing. Friendly staff who clearly try hard to please. Would call this a 3 star property in Western standards.

Stayed here a few nights! Very tired decor. Mould in bathroom . Rooms are very noisy with flyover quite close to hotel. Didn't use restaurant as it was very pricey. Better and cheaper eating close by. Definitely in need of some TLC. In our room lights switched themselves off and on!

I booked this hotel, based on the price and location primarily.   I would recommend printing the hotel confirmation off in Chinese to show a taxi driver when arriving to the hotel, as well as checking in. Our flight was delayed by a day getting into Beijing so when we tried to check in we had trouble, and only one...

A dated hotel that I did not consider 5star. The room was a good size with a comfortable lounge area. Two king size beds. We were unable to use the shower as the water flooded the floor in the bathroom. We attempted to let staff know of the problem. We arrived mid morning after an overnight train so we ordered...

I have to travel to Beijing around once a month for business issue. And this is the first time I live in this hotel and it was a nightmare. 1. We check in at 11pm and the hotel is under construction in the main lobby, all the dust running around. 2. I was allocated a room which same floor with...

Its a decent hotel with reasonable price... Close to Shilleh station.. Just 5 mins walk across the road.. Easy to travel anywhere with the Subway train...China Mobile store near the station where you can buy a Sim card and departmental store as well to buy other basic stuff you need.

This is definitely not a 5* hotel! We arrived late to the hotel and the staff were friendly and tried their best to welcome us. This was restricted due to the language barrier. The rooms are very dated and there were a few stains on the carpet. The rooms however were cleaned everyday. Even though the hotel had signs with...

The King Wing Hotel has 5* facilities & is very clean to Asian standard (3* western cleanliness) in a safe prosperous business section of Beijing (note:no English spoke is this part of town, use sign language). The promo.rates are high value and similar to low quality pension houses in Qianmen. The rooms are 2.5 X size Hong Kong at 48sqm....

The King Wing was a decent hotel with a great buffet. The carpet in the rooms is pretty dirty, but the overall room is fine. The water from the spring that heats the water in the shower was a bit cold. Never got very warm. Comfy bed.
