This hotel was the worse. When I landed , I contacted the hotel asking for their free shuttle bus to come and pick me up. They gave me a number to call for a pick up, I called twice, I couldn't call because I did not have a Chinese number. The reception desk did not have people who spoke english...

I used to live in China so I am accustomed to the old hotels, circa 1975, and the sparse conditions. For me, it was a fun throwback to 1983 when I first lived in China. My Mandarin came in handy and to tell you the truth, we were so tired - our third flight from the beach in Cambodia -...

This hotel is pretty grubby from as soon as you walk in the front door. Cigarette burns on the carpet in the foyer, along corridors and in the room. The smell of cigarettes was all pervasive. Requested a quiet room which I was allocated (rooms on the other side of the corridor faced a busy road and would be noisy...

This hotel is good for layover especially if you have early morning flight. The T2 is only 5 minutes and T3 15 minutes. Beijing is famous for long immigration queue so this hotel is a natural choice. Frankly I prefer other hotels as the hotel is full of smokers and the smell lingers.

This hotel has an excellent location. Very close to Terminal 2 and not that far from Terminal 3. Once you arrive at the terminal (s) call the hotel and they will send you a pick-up complimentary shuttle bus that will take you to the hotel. Depending on the time of the day you check in, the process is smooth and...

Avoid this place ! We arrived as a "walk in", late at night, because our other hotel didn't turn out to have a place. We knew that the price should be similar as we had been told so, and had seen earlier on booking.com (about 160 yuan). We arrived, and the check in receptionist asked for 500 yuan. I asked,...

We had an overnight stopover in Beijing and stayed here. The room was neat and tidy although the beds were like boards! Very hard. The staff were very helpful and assisted us getting into the city for the day. Its hard to get a taxi from the city to get you back here so suggest a prevooked pickup. For a...

Not a great hotel but it is well located inside the terminal gate. It means you do not have to deal with the security before your flite next day. Has internet, coffee tea and some marginal food but you stay here cause you do not want to deal with leaving the airport.

The "REAL" Capital Airport International Hotel - which isn't the one on the picture - is a vey good value for money !! Rooms are clean, beds very comfortable but, most important, the Capital Airport International Hotel is very close to T1/T2. No need to wait for a shuttle or get a taxi... Just walk there !!!

We got to Terminal 2 after a long trip from Shanghai to Beijing. We tried to find an airport shuttle. It seemed to be complicated. No one spoke English. After the unsuccessful attempts I decided to ring the hotel. After I was passed around the receptionists with poor English skills, I decided to find a taxi. Please note I paid...
