From the moment we stepped in to this hotel to check in, Miss Cherry Chang was the one greeted us with the biggest smile and the friendliness! I was so impressed with her outstanding services ! She is the best!服务很好,下次还会来这里,五星级的标准,房间设施很完善,早餐也丰富,酒廊服务业也很不错,前台Jayden和Cherry尤其表扬!
Excellent hotel. Quiet rooms. The staff greeted us whenever they noticed us. The cleaners cleaned the rooms thoroughly. Breakfast includes a rich selection of options. Very positive experience in general.
The environment is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and hygienic, and the front desk staff Demi and Alan are very friendly and willing to provide all kinds of help. There is a special bed opening service, and the design of small furnishings in the room is also very distinctive.
First, Thank's Receiption Alissa Du and Myron Hu , They are very enthusiasttic and careful. So quickly help us CHECK IN and help with our luggage. And then thanks Byron Wang and Jessie in Lounge, They looks like my friends. It's very nice travel.
I was surprised by the quality of the building - 30 years old, an age at which most hotels in China would start falling apart. Receptionist was also polite. I was not impressed: - by the elevators, half of which stood there with open doors but didn't function (maybe a Covid-19 appearance) - by the shower which just wouldn't turn warm; - by the swimming pool, which opens at 8 AM (who has time to go swimming at 8? That's when people leave hotels to go to their meetings) - by the smoked salmon at breakfast which tasted like mildew - by the morning staff at Signature - after checking my room card without greeting me, they waived me in, nobody guided me to a table, nobody paid much attention to the guests sitting there looking for more tea or coffee These are things that shouldn't happen at a 5-star hotel. It means that not enough energy is spent on thinking of what the customer wants and needs.…
Very nice services. This was a business trip in Beijing Lufthansa center kempinski hotel. And the breakfast was quite good. The room was very nice comfortable and super. Definitely a good place to come again
I've stayed in numerous five star hotels in Beijing and there seems to be a running theme: expect minor problems/annoyances. Be it faulty air con, warm fridge, or an unexpected room change late in the evening. This stay had all of the aforementioned. It is a beautiful hotel and very well maintained. The food is exquisite, the grounds are beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. What more could anyone want?... Around 7pm we returned to our room to put our 2 year old son to sleep. The room was uncomfortably warm (China) so we set the air con to offset this. 30 mins later, the room temperature had actually risen from 25 to 26 Celsius. I called reception and spoke to someone who said staff would come. Room staff did come and their solution was to "open a window". Not ideal with music coming from outside and passing traffic. After another call, an engineer was called. His response was that the system was working but that it would take 2 hours to kick in. Not satisfactory. The manager came, finally, and suggested we change room. At 8:30. We did, and too a room which was definitely cooler and sleep-friendly to a sweaty, sleepy, exhausted boy. However, now the fridge wasn't working. I guess we can live with warm minerals. No big deal. The next morning, we had a very satisfying breakfast and decided to go for a swim after. Silly us for thinking that would be a simple task. Apparently, you have to book a time slot for the pool. We were not told of this at check in. After some reasoning and common sense negotiations (max capacity of 10 in the pool due to Covid restrictions; there were two people in there when we arrived - and zero when we left), we got in. All in all, a beautiful hotel but with an unnecessary amount of hassle, phone calls, and waiting around (air con, pool) for guest at your pool to endure. I assume we are the unlucky anomaly and we had enough positives (plus some fabulous weather) to build a bridge and get over the setbacks. Would we stay again? Probably. But we'd check the air con and fridge and book a swim time shortly after arriving. …
Thanks a lot.kempinski is very comfortable and a lot of friendly stuff can support me. The property reception is very welcomed and helpful. I have lived here since one year and they helped me a lot i my daily.
The hotel staff is very well trained and pay attention. Very customer orientated and service minded. Detail conscious. Very good. Nice lobby bar and restaurant Knowledgeable and helpful concierge service Very nice rooms with, again, nice specific details. Nice colour combination The flower service in the entire hotel deserves a special star... Nice luxury hotel adjacent to the subway station and lots of restaurants
We arrived at The hotel and we received an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was beautifully decorated for our baby girl. It was truly amazing. My wife got sick the next day and Bill the concierge arranged some supplies to be brought to her from the store. Colin the front desk colleague went above and beyond as well for us. They made it a truly VIP stay for us. I can wholy recommend this hotel to anyone.
