I always stay in this hotel while in Beijing. Nicely located, good quality, nice breakfast (and on walking distance to our office). Somethimes the keys do not work, but you always get help to sort this small problem out.

I stayed here for two weeks on vacation so I got to know the place pretty well. First, the staff is outstanding, really fantastic. The majority of the staff do not speak English, but the managers and the concierge do. When I needed something and no English speaking person was available they were quick to either go get someone, or...

Well organised and clean. I stayed at the Marriott just across the road for two nights and thought I would change hotel to mark the end of a work trip. Great value for money and I even got upgraded to the top floor....but I let the water to run for 3 mins and the water was still brown, very brown....

I had read that some people thought that the Grand Concordia was getting a little "worn," so I was a little surprised to find that it is a beautiful hotel with a very good, reasonably priced restaurant. The only drawback is that there were not many staff who could speak English and I don't speak Mandarin. We were there for...

Stayed for 3 nights.Although the hotel was comfortable it is very dated. Would have been very grand and royal in its heyday but in the year 2016 it just isn't right. Very Chinese hotel with fake marble everywhere. We had to change rooms after the first night as the shower leaked everywhere it actually nearly flooded the room, we had...

I stayed here for an entire week on business so I feel like I can say something about this hotel. You can see that the hotel in its heyday was a very upscale place. The furnishings are of good quality, solid wood furniture, marble bathrooms, a magnificent entrance... but since those days, it has accumulated layers of detail that don't...

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Pedestal toilets, super nice bathrooms. Pool and dry sauna in basement, (make sure you've got a swim cap, required). One of the best western style breakfasts I've had in China. A really nice hotel for the money, with European luxury style. Right around the corner from the United States Embassy.

The service is so terrible , it takes forever to get in . The rooms are not that bad but the service leaves a lot to be desired . If you are a foreigner then get a Chinese friend or translator to help you because most of the staff speaks English .

The location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. Those are the highlights; however, three irritants during my one day stay significantly drop the review of this property and I would not return. * The lights in the bathroom are motion sensor, meaning they stayed on longer than I would like when I used the bathroom in the night and...

Stayed 2 nights and got a free upgrade to a suite. Cleanliness in shower could be better. Breakfast buffet quite comprehensive, focus on Asian food. Free wifi. Friendly staff. Missed a bar place. The light system in the room was a bit odd. Works on movement sensors, well not always.....
