We had a pleasant stay at Red Wall Garden Hotel March 2017. The hotel is conveniently located, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Bejing so wonderful!

Excellent hotel. Reasonably priced and very helpful staff. The rooms are a little aged but still very nice. Excellent location. Reasonably short walk to the Forbidden City. The youth hostel is right down the street with excellent beer selection and reasonable pizza.

The hotel is located in a so called "Hutong", a small alley leading directly to a Subway station and within 15 min. to important sights like The forbidden city and Tianamen square. So you definitely can say, the location is awesome! ...and so is the hotel itself! The staff is extremely caring and friendly, their recommendations never ended up being...

The Red Wall Garden is a truly wonderful hotel. From the warm welcome complete with tea when we checked in right till the minute we checked out, the staff was always helpful and attentive. The room was great. Very comfy bed, spacious sitting area, big bathroom, the whole nine yards. The restaurant served a very good breakfast and dinner there...

We stayed in a deluxe room with a King bed for 12 days in the Red Wall Garden Hotel. I would recommend staying here because the staff at the hotel work hard to make sure our stay at the hotel is enjoyable and comfortable. The room is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There is a very spacious common...

My wife and I were pleased to spend two nights in this delightful traditional hutong-style hotel. This was our first visit to China and our first impression staying at any hotel in the country and it was a great first impression - we would've been happy to stay longer. What sticks in my mind was the friendly, courteous, and helpful...

This was a very comfortable and quaint hotel. Loved the personal note and treat welcoming us when we first entered the room. After a long day of touring, sitting out in the courtyard in the evening was a good way to relax. Had breakfast in the restaurant which provided both western and Asian choices-all very good! Only stayed two nights,...

My daughter and I stayed here during March. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable (very soft beds! kettle, tea service, mini bar size fridge, toiletries, 2 bottles of water/day, air con, central heating), the ambiance of the entire hotel is gorgeous and it is in a great location - what more do you...

This has got to be the best kept secret in Beijing. Hidden away down a side street, but walking distance to shopping street, this beautiful boutique hotel is a total delight. The young ladies who run the place are a delight. The hotel lobby, rooms and restaurant are all decorated tastefully in Chinese artifacts and the rooms are large and...

Visited in September when it was starting to get cold. If you are visiting as a tourist the hotel is beautiful and close to the main attractions, the forbidden city and shopping district, and tube. As a business trip it was not great because I needed to travel across Beijing at rush hour.

Dear recoco Thank you so very kindly for your kind and thoughtful review. Our location within a Traditional Chinese Hutong makes for an even more authentic experience. We are very fortunate that we are only a stones throw away from the thriving metropolis of Central Beijing yet neatly placed in a totally tranquil environment. Once again I truly thank you...
