This international conference center has about 12 floors of rooms, situated in the middle of College of Geosciences and near Beijing Language and Culture Univeristy, about 10 min walk to wudaoko metro station. It's fairly quiet in the surrounding area. Service is slightly disappointing. I complained about noise and they were willing to switch me to a smaller room only,...

Stayed here as part of a conference for 10 days. Location is away from main tourist sites but the subway is located near the hotel (less than 10min walk) and is relatively cheap to travel around Beijing. The rooms and hotel was clean. Its an interesting set up as you are located within the university campus so its great to...

Stayed here for two nights and was quite comfortable. Rooms were quiet and the amenities were nice. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was included and pretty good. Breakfast had a lot of variety including plenty of western dishes. My room has a balcony but because of the snow I did not use it.

The room is just excellent: good views, very comfortable, fully furnish, and all basic amenities provided. The food in the Peony restaurant is great. The toilet is all clean and spotless. The smell of the hotel lobby is pleasantly welcoming. This is a hotel if you have some business in the university area. Other than that, try to look elsewhere....

Clean and neat hotel. Quiet . Security starts with access card in the elevator and again to enter the room. Same Card is used near entrance to activate lights. Room 1032 faces the back. No noise heard from outside. 2 dbl beds that are rock hard with down pillows that squish flat when your head hits them. Great shower space,...

We stayed here for a week and a bit before we found an apartment in Beijing. It is close to Tsinghua, which is where we are based, the local food shops around provide great Chinese food (there is a KFC, Hagen Dasz and a market with Western Food for those who prefer that). The rooms are a reasonable size and...

The rooms are cosy and they're always very clean. The people in the lobby always listen to your requests. The breakfast is not bad, even though it doesn't offer much food. In the room 627 there's an odd smell which is absent in other rooms, but it's not a big problem.

My time in Beijing was a great one. My school group got lost in the city (surprisingly fun), went to the Great Wall, the Olympic Stadium, and the Confucius Institute Headquarters. This hotel is where we stayed during the time in Beijing. The place is great. My Room had a great view of the the area, and was very comfortable....

This is my second visit to the CUGB hotel in Beijing. I was here for a conference and the facilities and hosting was impeccable. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the buffet's (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were tasty and had a nice selection of options. I stayed in a room with two twin beds that were comfortable,...

I stayed here on several occasions, separated by 2 years. I was glad to see that maintenance is a priority and the rooms and hotel remain in good condition. Located in Hiadian (China University of Geosciences) and very close to the Wudaokou subway stop (line 13) which also puts you somewhat close to Zhongguancun to the west. This hotel has...
