After cancelling our Sanya Xmas trip and spending Xmas Day at home in Beijing, we wanted a little break for some relaxation and pampering. We decided to book a one night spa staycation at the Puxuan and we were so glad we did. Upon arrival we were greeted by name and presented with a luggage tag gift. Such a lovely touch to be recognised and presented with a gift. We were escorted to reception where we were informed of being upgraded to a corner studio. The room itself felt really spacious and bright due to the 270 degree wrap around window and came with complimentary mini bar. We had afternoon tea included in the package which was delicious and the service was very good. Our spa service was so relaxing and I really like the modern northern European feel to the Spa. Very different to other spas in Beijing. The therapists were really good. We also ordered room service in the evening and the quality of the food was good which is quite rare in China. The food tasted as fresh as if it was just delivered in the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have had in China and felt true luxury. There was a small continental buffet and all hot food was a la carte meaning it was very fresh and hot and the quality was very high. Service was also top notch too. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Puxuan and would definitely return again if they continue with their Spa packages. Also please pass our gratitude on to all the team members who looked after us as their service was heartfelt and warmth.…
We had a lovely time here for our anniversary! We had to extend our stay for two hours due to travel plan changes, Daniel and Maggie sorted this out for us with no hassle. Will definitely come back again!
We stayed at forbidden city view room and fully enjoyed our staycation. We live in this city quite a few years and now we cannot get away since last year in this odd situation, we needed a break. Zoe at club lounge was very nice and kind, she introduced about the lounge and prepared pretty birthday cake for my husband. 谢谢 Zoe! We were lucky enough that not many people around so we could enjoy quiet and calm environment which is very hard to get in this city. We'd love to come back again.
Checked in early at 12pm. Tina at the front desk was really helpful, introduced me to the restaurants and hotel layout, and gave me a very nice corner room overlooking Wangfujing Street. Dined at both the Chinese and western restaurant in the hotel and staff are all very friendly and responsive to request. Would recommend PuXuan for the location, rooms, and dining options.
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the location and service were amazing, the room was stylish and comfortable as well. I want to thank Tina especially for her great hospitality and being such a helpful staff.
I was passing by from Wangfujing Street and was instantly attracted by the design of the hotel. From the beginning of the entry and up to the 4F, all well-covered by the masterpiece art from the collection, the rooms seem very cozy and peaceful, the club lounge is gorgeous and exclusive. I have to especially mention the lady named Changel, she sensed that I was curious about the hotel, she took me on a tour and explained everything with passion and a lot of care. She was extremely lovely and warm but not in an intrusive way, well done for the great software, I will come back for that and stay in this beautiful hotel!
Overall experience is fabulous! I visit this hotel as a birthday present, with understandable staff and management team, the room has been upgraded to "Grand Suite". Huge thank you to Downey (the manager I met at reception); she deserves my applause. The executive lounge ("The PuXuan Club") at the hotel is outstanding, with exceptional service (big thank you to Zoe, who has been very friendly later on). I've tried the lunch menu and afternoon tea; the food was excellent and exquisite. The next day, I experienced the SPA at the hotel; the reception is located on the fifth floor. Because I been there before (just for the massage), they remembered my preferences (Big YES). The staff there were friendly and helpful; they deserve recognition and reward. The Gym is integrated with SPA, which means when you go to the Gym, you will be greeted by the SPA receptionist; it's lovely because when I just went there to use the SAUNA and STEAM service, the robe and towel are always ready to be used, I don't have to ask. With these wonderful experience, no wonder they have been rated as #1 in China by a prestigious media company "Condé Nast". By the way, you stay at the hotel for full 24-hours! All the best, Xiaowen Yang…
For first family trip to Beijing, we could not have stayed in a better hotel than PuXuan. Situated right in the center of the city, with a stunning view on the Forbidden city, this futuresk building hides a very comfortable luxurious atmosphere with a modern design by MQ Studio that echos the colours of the nearby hutongs. We were welcomed by Matt Cooper and his professional team who attended to all our needs with the highest care. Cédric Kerhir made sure we had all we needed to eat and drink, and Aiden Liu took us to the terraces on the last floor, for an improvised egg hunt overseeing the city. We were so happy in the hotel, that we really had to force ourselves to go out and about the city!
I stayed here for 4 nights at a corner room. I can see the west mountain in BJ, xizhimen building and Gulou. It combines mordern stay with 80s Beijing.perfect location! Perfect decoration! Close to Sanlian library and many other great buildings.
super friendly and professional staff!! great atmosphere and setting. i was introduced by Claire. She is super nice and welcoming!! i could feel that she genuinely cared about our customers. i enjoyed this lovely stay at puxuan beijing~
