I was passing by from Wangfujing Street and was instantly attracted by the design of the hotel. From the beginning of the entry and up to the 4F, all well-covered by the masterpiece art from the collection, the rooms seem very cozy and peaceful, the club lounge is gorgeous and exclusive. I have to especially mention the lady named Changel, she sensed that I was curious about the hotel, she took me on a tour and explained everything with passion and a lot of care. She was extremely lovely and warm but not in an intrusive way, well done for the great software, I will come back for that and stay in this beautiful hotel!
Overall experience is fabulous! I visit this hotel as a birthday present, with understandable staff and management team, the room has been upgraded to "Grand Suite". Huge thank you to Downey (the manager I met at reception); she deserves my applause. The executive lounge ("The PuXuan Club") at the hotel is outstanding, with exceptional service (big thank you to Zoe, who has been very friendly later on). I've tried the lunch menu and afternoon tea; the food was excellent and exquisite. The next day, I experienced the SPA at the hotel; the reception is located on the fifth floor. Because I been there before (just for the massage), they remembered my preferences (Big YES). The staff there were friendly and helpful; they deserve recognition and reward. The Gym is integrated with SPA, which means when you go to the Gym, you will be greeted by the SPA receptionist; it's lovely because when I just went there to use the SAUNA and STEAM service, the robe and towel are always ready to be used, I don't have to ask. With these wonderful experience, no wonder they have been rated as #1 in China by a prestigious media company "Condé Nast". By the way, you stay at the hotel for full 24-hours! All the best, Xiaowen Yang…
For first family trip to Beijing, we could not have stayed in a better hotel than PuXuan. Situated right in the center of the city, with a stunning view on the Forbidden city, this futuresk building hides a very comfortable luxurious atmosphere with a modern design by MQ Studio that echos the colours of the nearby hutongs. We were welcomed by Matt Cooper and his professional team who attended to all our needs with the highest care. Cédric Kerhir made sure we had all we needed to eat and drink, and Aiden Liu took us to the terraces on the last floor, for an improvised egg hunt overseeing the city. We were so happy in the hotel, that we really had to force ourselves to go out and about the city!
I stayed here for 4 nights at a corner room. I can see the west mountain in BJ, xizhimen building and Gulou. It combines mordern stay with 80s Beijing.perfect location! Perfect decoration! Close to Sanlian library and many other great buildings.
