Stayed here over Easter with a group of Students from the UK. Great Hotel and facilities. The main problem was mainly due to us not speaking Chinese! a lot of the staff didn't speak english, this made it difficult when trying to negotiate extra half day rooms before flight and things such as taxi's. Fortunately we had someone with us...

I was staying at this hotel for a conference in Beijing from 5/14 through 5/17. The location of the hotel is in the north west part of Beijing, a quiet region with many universities and little night life. One can get to this hotel from the Beijing International Airport by 1) First taking Airport Express to SanYuanQiao (30 minutes), 2)...

This hotel situated in the North of Beijing provides good accommodation for a business trip. Rooms were clean and kept so, room walls are a bit thin, so noise form next door a bit of an issue. Breakfast was good, although the lack of fresh fruit provided was a negative. It was served at the buffet in the evening, but...

The standard was high apart from lack of English spoken, however someone could be found if necessary. The seafood buffet was superb, we had it twice! The rooms werE spacious and the beds comfortable. The swimming pool was just that a swimming pool where the Chinese came to swim. Also you must where a bathing cap! The pool was cold...

The hotel is quite new, and has a very nice location in Haidian District. The taxi cost from the airport is around 100 RMB yuan. My room on the 17th floor is big and very well furnished. A western style bath room with separate shower and bath. The beddings are new and comfortable. You can enjoy free wifi pretty much...

The upgrade was appreciated but not worth waiting 90 mins in the foyer for a room to become available….and that was at 3pm and after a long flight from Perth. the location was ok as was the room, breakfast and facilities but nothing special. few staff spoke any English. An airport pick up was arranged through the hotel but the...

Located on a busy main road between 3rd and 4th ring roads, close to subway station, not too far from the centre of Haidian disrict by taxi, but difficult to call a taxi on your own, the hotel was able to help. Staff were helpful. Rooms are big and clean, comfortable bedding, breakfast was ok, wifi a bit slow. Overall...

The hotel was booked for me due to its proximity to where my meetings took place, which is an important consideration in Beijing. As others have written, the hotel holds itself out as five star and many/most of its amenities meet the grade, it's more the implementation which gives rise to the challenge. I had an executive room which was...

This is a fairly new hotel built according to five-star requirement. The rooms are geat, so are the bathrooms, and I love the pool. But on service and management there are some problems, given the five-star claim: The Shop is staffed with real street peddlers (somebody's cousins?) who will say anything to sell. The hotel cannot help you to get...

Took best part of an hour to resolve(there was a room!). had a room on the exec floor which was a reasonable room. Exec lounge closed for whole of 3 night stay and no alternative provided. Problems with air con as...
