Positive points : 1) Cost effectiveness : 50€/night (Breakfast included); 2) Close to the forbidden city (200 m); 3) Day street market (50m) and "Donghuamen" night market (500m); 4) Tourist Information (reception) : possibility to book a tour (forbidden city, great wall, etc.); 5) Reception : Proactive personal speaking English Points to be improved : 1) state of cleanliness :...

The most dirty hotel I have ever seen. The staff hardly speak any english and there is absolutely no help to get. Dont bother with the internet, it is so slow. The location is good though, which is the only plus

We spent three hours from 1 am to 4 am finding hotel on cab ride from Beijing airport. They turn their sign off at midnight and the hotel sits between two large building with entrance that looks like driveway for one of them. Rooms are so small I had to put luggage on bed. Walls so thin that every time...

However, the location right between the Forbidden City and the Wangfujing shopping area is absolutely prime,...

I went to Shanghai for a friend's wedding and wanted to go to Beijing for a few days. Went with two other friends and stayed at the Piao Home Inn for two nights. I think we overpayed, a little over $50USD/night, for what it was. The location is good, located right off of Donghuamen night market, and Wangfujing street, but...

Staff cant speak English except for Supervisor/Mgr. -VEs' :- Bkfast is NOT incld and you wud NOT want to eat stale items that's repeated everyday when we were there. Even though only open for 4 yrs, the hotel is very runned-down ie~broken showers/windows/no laundry service/no...

We booked this hotel online for about $50AUD per night for 5 nights in Mid September 09. This is definately not a 5 star or even a 4 star hotel, but it doesn't claim to be. Probably rates as 2-3 stars. Location is perfect - just behind the street food stalls on the street that connects Wangfujing St with Tiananmen...
