Stayed here for 4 days and the room was great. Its small and the bed is hard but this seems to be pretty standard for Asia. Its a little hard to find as it is located on an alley street but it isn't a far walk to 2 subway stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. Neighborhood seemed really nice and safe...

We stayed there for 4 nights in the family room. the information that describes the hotel before we booked was VERY MISLEADING. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF IT the way they tried to fixed deteriorating plaster on the walls was to put cellophane paper on it. I was scared to tell my wife but I think the room had fleas....

Brilliant hotel, clean, excellent service and a wonderful location. Rooms are very clean and well presented with good beds, heating and good internet access. The desk and support staff are wonderful at doing what you need when you need it. In my opinion there is no better hotel in Beijing and I have stopped in a few others.

The phrase 'looks can be deceiving' has never been more appropriate. The photos of the hotel on the website are spectacularly flattering. However, in reality, the hotel itself is dark, dated and much less appealing. The beds are large, but very hard - which, to be fair, is to be expected in many parts of China. Prepare for some sore...

I booked this hotel for one night only and that was the right decision. It's pretty inside the main hall, but our room was tiny and very old. We had mold on the walls and I didn't want to touch anything. I've stayed at other hutong-type hotels in Beijing for the same price but they were much better inside.

Very tired looking, very hard king size bed, cigarette odours, stinking bathroom drain, no central heating, leaking ceiling in bathroom, sheets not cleaned (pubes!), and wanted to pay full five nights up front. Left after one night. Very surprising after reading such stellar trip advisor reviews!

Booked this hotel for a four night stay in Beijing. This was extremely disappointing to say the least, only stayed one night. Whoever rates this hotel as above average needs to get their head checked out real good. The cleanliness was the biggest concern with this hotel. The bathroom was so dirty I highly recommend showering in flip flops. The...
