This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. This is supposed to be a 4 star, International standard Hotel. In the first three days, there was not one person who could speak English on the check in desk, the restaurant, the Beauty Parlour, The massage Facility or the laundry. The staff were rude and... The staff dont know english, big problem to understand us. The carpet was really dirty. The service was good and they charge everything everyday. The elevators were fast enough. Breakfast was good but nut perfect. Free wifi both in the room and lobby, but the connection lost continuosly. Good rate of money exchange in the reception. Metro station was near,... More

Stayed 2 nights, in nice location. Reception large and staff friendly and most speak English. Breakfast was included and wide selection of foods, fresh fruit, breads, eggs, meats and pastries, plenty coffee. Room clean with comfortable bed. TV and WIFI. Bathroom clean and toiletries and slippers. Would stay again

I took a high school group from Canada to Beijing and was told that this was a 4 star. It is far from, by any standard. The rooms were dirty, carpet stained, wall paper ripped and my own personal room had no window therefore I was not getting a break from breathing in the smog. Some of the students rooms... More

Went for a group tour and stayed two nights on 23rd and 24th Oct 2015. Rooms allotted to us were not upto standard.... very dim lights in the rooms, stained carpets, stale bed linen.... housekeeping definitely needs to be improved. Breakfast was good, both American and Chinese. Location was quite good with a short walk taking you to some small... More

I escorted my group of 18-persons in Sept. 2015 and we stayed there for 3-nights. Through-out our stay, I never received even a single complaint from my group about the rooms. It's a clear testimony that indeed hotel rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok and location is good.

Tricky one this. Good rooms, clean tidy and modern. Good restaurants and very efficient service, with the exception of one breakfast where the staff seemed overwhelmed. The problem here is that language is a real struggle; they do not speak English as well as you might expect for a large tourist hotel. The other problem is the generic nature of... More

Stayed at this hotel for the first 5 nights for a group trip through EF tours. Our hotel room had two double beds and was clean (no noticeable stains on carpet or peeling wallpaper). We did have to go down to the front desk to ask for a shower curtain to be put in our room which was quickly put... More

“Go with a Group associated with medical or high end, LOOK at the room first. I had a room that faced the street and really liked it, 7th floor. Saw grandmothers sweeping at 6:30 am. I paid for a Single Upgrade; totally worth it. Others complained a companion snored or talked too much. I had peace and quiet. That was worth the extra money. Fire extinguishers on each floor--no fire engine. Stay around 7 or 8 floor. Quiet but safe.”

“The corner room is a bit larger so if you are looking for a bigger room, try to ask them to book you around the corner! Again, if you are a foreigner, just don't bother to stay there!!! It is adecent hotel but I know it is probably not up to your standard!”

“Traveling as a single, I got a large bed all to myself; the couples in the group were assigned twin-bedded rooms. Apparently if 2 people sharing a room want to share a bed, they have to specifically request it.”
