It's overall comfortable but certainly not a five star hotel. The standard room we got was pretty big but had a meldew smell. Breakfast is okay at best. While there are plenty of Chinese food options (not a lot western options), the taste and quality of the food aren't that great at all.

Jingyi Hotel is nicely fitted out, and I haven't had any of the service problems that others report. However, you really should adjust your expectations if you expect "luxury Chinese hotel" to be impeccable opulence; it isn't. The atrium lobby, elevators, and hallways are very nice and convey a fairly luxurious impression, and I had a lovely, spacious room on... More

We'd booked this initially for a further 6 nights but cancelled. We requested an early booking in following an early morning arrival after an 18 hour journey,On arrival at 3.30am we were told that our rooms weren't available until 6.30am which meant that we had to wait in the lobby for three hours with all our luggage and two children,... I stayed Delux suite room for 4 nights with my mom. First impression is HUGE! There're big confortable queen size bed,2 bathrooms, shower room, and living room with comfortable bed. Nice hotel to relax well! Closest Subway station is 10mins walk from the hotel, there's small convenience store, supermarket and restaurants around! I recommend this place. Though, hotel itself is... we were booked this Hotel as a package & from the moment we arrived we were disappointed , no one at check in spoke English & it was tricky to say the least. It didn't get any better, as we found one lady who spoke English but she really wasn't interested in helping us. They had no tourist information we... More

I'd rate this hotel 3.5 star hotel. It looks a lot like Embassy Suites from inside. Interior looks bit old, and clean. Staff are polite and helpful, they speak limited English, so you will have to keep your question basic and short, not too long. Breakfast has many varieties, for lunch and dinner, order from menu, chef there cook decent... More

I'm sure is easier to claim the five stars then making a good service worth it, but this is far far form five stars! Is a nice try but please don't let yourself misled this is a low 3 star. Carpets dirty, no restaurant open during lunch time 14.15 all closed. Room is acceptable in look and design but clean... More

It is a hotel that seems nicer than it is. It is clearly trying to be a luxury hotel and whilst the rooms are spacious and well-equipped upon closer inspection they don't quite live up to expectations. The carpet and bathroom aren't properly clean, there are chips and chunks out of the bedhead and the room is generally not maintained... More

Stayed 3 nights on a business trip. Large double room was comfortable except the bed was just slightly softer than the floor. The room was a bit weird with a clear picture window between the room and the ensuite? There is a huge breakfast selection with typical Chinese choices and a reasonable concession to western tastes. Sausage bacon and eggs... More

My wife, myself, and our 3 year old daughter stayed here February 25 - 28, 2015. This was me and my wife's second stay here. We had stayed here before in spring of 2014. This time we were in room 727, a junior suite. The room floors are now accessed with your room key card scanned inside the elevator. Without... More
