This camp site is truly a wonderful experience of living close to nature but also feeling safe. The service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and there is a friendly feel to the place. The food was the best food experienced on my whole trip being fresh and tasty. Thankyou for the experience :))

We visited Masai Mara and stayed 2 nights (September 4th and 5th) in Ol Moran tented camp. The first night dinnerbuffet was cold. The staff was serving us in wintercoats. Nice camp, basic tents, good beds, clean place.

This location is a 10 minutes drive from the Masai Mara national park. The camp works with a generator wich means that you only have electricity during the evening hours from 7 till 11 pm and in the morning from 6 or 7 till 9 am. The tents are very basic but clean. The meals are in buffet, you do...

First make the choice of why you're in the Maasai Mara; to spend your time in the camp or maximize your time out seeing the incredible wildlife. If you're there to see the wildlife, then choose a tented camp like Ol-moran that is clean, safe, conveniently-located and relatively inexpensive. It provides a good place to rest up for the next...

We booked a safari with Visit Mount Kenya Tours, and we should have a private safari with 4-5 star accomodation the whole trip. Ol Moran definatly is not in that range, staff not polite, food was really not what we were used too, very little choise, not really enjoyable. When they were cleaning the tables after diner in the place...

As management of this Camp we ere deeply sorry to Dreein Hurghada for what you saw happen in our camp particularly the falling of the spoons on the floor. We really thank you for having brought this to our attention. We have carried out through investigation and have identified the member of staff involved. We have replaced him and we...

The tents are basic but comfortable, with a variety of bed arrangements (double, double and twin, 2 doubles and twin, etc.). While the tents are spacious, the arrangement of beds in our tent meant you had to squeeze between beds to reach the (ensuite) bathroom (which was also quite large). The sleeping and bath rooms were clean, but the water...

The tents are spacious and clean, the staff is very nice and the location is quite good as it is only 10 min away from Masai Mara entry gate. There are only 20 tents or so which makes this camp very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it.

The tents are nice, the food was good and the staff was friendly. There was electricity most of the time (when we were at the camp). Very good overall! But a small drawback is that there's a lot of trees around the camp, so you don't get the views as in other camps.

We booked through Natural World Safari Tours and were unsure what to expect. We went through the web site in detail. When they drove us up to the front door we were still unsure, then we went inside; greeted with a wonderful introduction. The rooms exceeded our expectation. This was our first experience in a tented camp so the construction...

Staying in tents made us feel we were actually living with the animals. It was not everyday that you wake up early morning to the sound of an elephant trumpeting. There was a slight problem with the hot water in the bathroom as it was coming in short spells and then stopping. We called the house keeping ad they said that it was...
