The camp is basic. There is no electricity or running water, though there are flush toilets. You must request water in advance for the shower and it lasts for about three minutes. Staff is amazing. They provided everything promised and were quite efficient about it despite the limited resources and remote location. Guides are terrific and you can see most... More

We live in Nairobi and chose to go on a tour so that all the hassle would be taken out of the holiday. This is exactly what happened. In all our dealings with them we found them professional, honest, friendly and they deliver what they say they will. Have recommended them to friends who are coming to Kenya. Accomodation is... We spent a week in Kenya in August 2011 with the family. Bushbuck Mara Camp was really an authentic safari experience. The camp consists of only six tents well hidden in the bush. No fence makes you feel really close to nature. In the night you can hear the lions roar nearby. The tents are comfortable with beds, water closets,... More

The camp is small but comfortable, we were treated like royalty, fantastic food and service from Gladys and Alice. We had Masai Morans for security - no electric fences! and our guide Simon... More

Hi there, Sometimes it's really hard to choose a Safari Operator and since this is my second Safari trip, I must say that I was really happy with the services provided by Bushbuck Adventures and their Camp at the Maasai Mara. They are a middle range company and we did a 5 days tour with them through the Maasai Mara... More

For those who wish to experience the real Africa this is the place for you. Away from the main lodges, the camp is set back among a forest grove with access to a nearby river. Zebra, impala, gazelle, wildebeest, elephant, hippo and baboon, congregate around camp throughout the day and at night one can hear the roar of lions and... More
