I stayed at the Olive Gardens Hotel for two nights in January 2017, as I had to attend meetings at a venue not far from the hotel. The name 'Olive Gardens' is grossly misleading, as the only garden/outside facilities the hotel offers are the narrow parking area on the Argwings Kodhek Road side, and a small patio with some chairs...

I was directed here for a business program and upon arrival was amazed by the staff friendliness right from the reception desk. Loved the ambience of the place theme color.Being a business meeting loved the setup arrangement and all.Forefront was the staff politeness and etiquette. And the service was incredibly awesome.Staff were ready to offer a helping hand when called upon.

I went to this hotel because I was invited there to be part of a workshop. My room was filthy, corridors somber and dirty. Internet connection free, but poor and unreliable. Buffet food mediocre to poor. Good fruit juices. At check in I noted the room I was assigned had no desk. I was offered a room as filthy as...

I spent 3 nights here in a very small room that was sparsely appointed. It was very average, but a good location for what I had to do. The staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet was OK, but restaurant was very slow in the evening.

I went to inquire what prices they had and ask if I could meet their management staff. The lady at the reception there first did not greet us and then asked "what do you want?" in a demeaning tone. The whole experience was not hospitable left a horrible impression. I could not bring myself to explore the rest of the hotel...

I attended a workshop, the food was pretty bad, with hardly any variety in the 3 days that we were there, they changed our workshop venue in the middle of the workshop because they had double booked we ended up near the kitchen. The rooms are in really poor condition I did not have hot water for the whole stay...

Things went wrong from the pick up at the airport - they forgot about it, and i get a cal at 10.00 that my guest is still stuck at JKIA. On calling the reception they say" tell her to get means , she will find a room ready: On arriving at the hotel, no preparations for her room had been...

In 2008 I wrote a positive review. Then in 2011 an utterly negative one, based on several distasteful visits. Seeing the good later reviews, under new management, I dared coming back in October 2014. I stayed for one night only, then shifted to Silver Springs. Although paying $50 more, it was worth this shift. In short, the hotel has improved,...

This was my 5th trip to Kenya. In the past I stayed at 5 star hotels with a group, this trip was solo. At the 5 star hotels the rooms and service was excellent, along with the price! If you are looking to save some money but still recieve excellant service I highly recommend The Olive Garden. From management to...

In November 2013 I stayed there having a meeting in one of the conference rooms. Every day the bed got a new linnen, the hot water shower was well working, the room service was without any complaints, the service personnel and the management were very helpful. The cuisine including the breakfast was of good home-made quality. I could sit on...

“Upgrade to deluxe room, especially if you are staying more than one night. The small difference in price is worth it. I stayed 2 nights in a standard which was okay, when I first arrived, travelled for a week, then returned for 4 nights, stayed in deluxe for a total of about $100. That is way less than one night in a 5 star. one more tip, check out the Best Western rooftop restaurant,2 blocks away. Great atmosphere!”
