It is no longer the 1990's when Nairobi Safari Club was amongst the top 5 hotels in the big bad city, but the quality and charm of the place remains. I was booked in for a business meeting over the weekend. The hotel looked empty. The reception staff was attentive and they let me check in ahead of time. Peaceful...

Old fashioned world charm at this hotel. There is a suite style room with sitting area and bedroom. The suite is large and clean. Location of the hotel is in the center of town across from the University of Nairobi. The hotel is close to eateries and grocery store. Room service was quick, staff were attentive. There is a pool,...

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights so that we could visit The David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage after a 2 week holiday in Mombasa. From check in to check out was a nice experience. Our premier suite 1503 was lovely as were the restaurants and bars. We used the hotels taxi service for our visit to The Elephant...

Stayed at this hotel for one day. It was described to us as a vintage 5 star hotel but was quite disappointed. On the plus side, the room was spacious, a suite with a bedroom, the food at the restaurant was ok, and the location of the hotel. On the down side, very serious plumbing issues. When you open a...
