The gate entrance is well secured.Reception is warm and the reception hold is quite comfy and personal. The staff are quite professional and helpful. The buffet kind of style for all the meals is refreshing. They try to have variety,i especially loved the fruits section.the dining has some music playing in the evenings and is quite appropriate and soothing for that...

Its prices are quite fair, swimming pool n health club very good too. Staff attitude should be checked on a little bit but the air coming from the environment very fresh and the green grass good for photo shoots.

Was over from the UK with two work colleagues. The staff were friendly especially the concierge who had been there 20 years, rooms better than expected and enjoyed the stay. Excellent omelette chef at breakfast. Food average but can't really imagine the complexity of getting everything to the hotel with the roads so busy. Stunning and clean pool. Free water in...

I was at the establishment from the 7th February to 13th February 2016. The rooms were nice. I wish they had more channels on TV but it was not a big problem since i didn't even have time to watch it. I found the service staff at the restaurant on the rude side. They need to be kinder to guests.

While attending a symposium at a nearby venue, we decided to stay at this hotel. Though I knew it was not as to standards of other hotels, the overall satisfaction is much lower than what I expected. There is nothing that stands out that is worth mentioning. And the cost is higher with no value for money.

Had lunch with some potential clients. We ordered chips and chicken wings. The chicken wings were horrible,Guess the cooking oil they use. For a drink a requested for dawa. It was unique but not the best. The hotel has alot of potential if well managed. The tents outside can be replaced with something better.

Strange hotel from the outside and no better inside with very unhelpful staff. Didn't end up staying - booked myself into the Fairview instead. Not a lot I can say really but would advise you to look at alternatives - my personal view but there's not many places I've not liked to this extent.

Utalii Hotel and College is an icon in East Africa. I was very excited to go and eat there. I have never been more disappointed in a facility. First, I think no renovations have taken place since the 1960s or 1970s within minimal maintenance since then. Second, the food was atrocious. We could not finish. The french fries (aka: chips)...

Decided to have lunch here after many many many years....sadly nothing has changed except free wifi..everything else downhill. Food took over an hour to come and when it finally came it was cold (tilapia) and raw fish(red snapper). Their buffet. . Not worth it..and they dnt have tartare sauce for the fish..how now When ordering though we were warned that...

My experience at utalii hotel is one at a first instance and entry is of a good and hospitable place during my time there for a conference. Unfortunately, with all the beauty and good service i felt there from the service personnel i interacted with, there is this one outstanding woman whose character begged a lot of questions than answers. i learnt...
