My husband and I spent three nights at the Giraffe Manor and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! Close-up contact with the beautiful giraffes was truly a unique and wonderful experience. Our room (Daisy) was outstanding and the staff at Giraffe Manor are simply beyond compare. Our stay was so remarkable and memorable that we would love to return...

This is a must stay if you are traveling to Nairobi. It is a perfect way to start a safari trip. We traveled 31 hours by the time we arrived around midnight at the giraffe manor. It was worth the 5 hours of sleep to wake up to a giraffe looking into our window! We quickly got ready and headed...

I first stayed at the manor in August of 2014, and now I think any trip to Nairobi requires at least one night (preferably more) in this iconic hotel. Stepping into Giraffe Manor is like stepping into another world: the decor, the charming touches (such as the giraffe paintings, the books, the flowers) and the people who work at the...

We only had one night here (Jock's Room), but feeding the beautiful Rothchild giraffes at Giraffe Manor in Nairobi was one of the major highlights of our two week African trip. The Manor itself was very gracious and gentile, but it was truly wonderful to feed the giraffes as they poked their heads into your second floor bedroom windows or...

We had scheduled a photo-safari in East Africa, so came early in order to stay at the Giraffe Manor in the suburban town of Karen, named for Karen Blixen whose home is nearby. The Giraffe Manor is a quirky and beautiful manor home set on a large property inhabited by nine Rothschild giraffes who are the unique attraction. We stayed...

My son and I stayed at Giraffe Manor on our way to the Mara and it was a night to remember. Its more like staying in someones home rather than a hotel. The meals are served family style and the staff seem more like friends and family than someone working. A must do in Nairobi! I had the Hatton Suite...

I had a one night layover in Nairobi and given the chance to stay at such a unique hotel, it was an easy call to book a room at Giraffe Manor. It was, of course, an amazing experience to be able to feed and interact with the giraffes. I stayed in Daisy's room which has a good sized balcony where...

Nestled in a suburb of Nairobi is next to the AFEW Giraffe Centre. The endangered Rothschild giraffe's roam the grounds of the beautiful grand manor. You are able to learn about the giraffes and have up-close-and-personal experiences with them, from early morning knocks on your window, to eating breakfast with them sticking their heads into the dining room. Truly amazing....

I couldn't understand why Hedy Mok our travel agent in Singapore insisted that we spend one night at Giraffe Manor when what we wanted to do was go on safari. And then we came, we saw, a giraffe kissed me and I was bowled over. This is a unique place like no other, and getting so close to the Rothschild...

Giraffe Manor was every bit as magical as I had imagined and then some. We stayed three nights and also held our wedding there. The staff went above and beyond our expectations to make our wedding day special and they were incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to assisting us and our photographers so that we could get pictures with...
