This is supposed to be one of the leading hotels of the world .The bare are and sitting areas are charming but the rooms need a major overhaul, They are depressing and dont have seperate showers and the bathtubs were not very clean

Stayed here before taking a driving safari. The hotel is very nice and has a lot of amenities. The breakfast buffet is very good and tasty. The evening buffet is also nice. We enjoyed our stay and recommend.

Average quality hotel, staff is friendly, but rooms are dark. No anti-repellent in the room, was bitten all over by mosquitos (they have no nets on windows) and when one check outs they open the windows. The first night the A/C wasn't working, had to change the rooms. A four star hotel...Not close to five.

Great service at the Serena Hotel in Nairobi. From the food in the dining room to the bar to our turn down service and service folks we encountered through out the hotel, we were not disappointed. Lovely pool as well.

Excellent on task employees and a beautiful, comfortable hotel. I recommend and would gladly stay again when next in Nairobi. Oh, the breakfast buffet is very good, with a wide variety of food. Don't overlook the crêpe station and the crème anglaise.

An iconic East African Hotel: very pleasant. The breakfast offering really hearty: the location great as a business environment. The Mandhari Restaurant a treat and the gym one of the best hotel gyms in town.

I liked the place, room and breakfast was excellent. But i had one small incident like I found a cockroach one day on my pillow after I came back from work (I catch it :) )and report it to the duty manager (I hand it to her actually in a tissue) and I was expecting a feed back, an apology... More
