Five days and four nights in Kenya I signed up with Wildebeest Safaris after researching about a dozen different companies offering trips in Kenya. I was going to Kenya for business purposes and only had 4-5 days available for a safari. The trip I chose included Amboseli , Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara National Parks. This trip was during the...

Went for new year get together with friends in 2013, enjoyed the evening and bbq. Large rooms, super hot showers. Had breakfast on a bright sunny porch overlooking a pond. Wish the breakfast had more variety and was more affordable. Overall good experience.

My husband and I recently spent four nights at Wildebeest Eco Camp, our home base while visiting Nairobi. Wildebeest is extraordinary. With comfortable accommodations, an excellent restaurant, an onsite travel service, and laundry service, Wildebeest provides first-rate services at moderate prices. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with fragrant flowers (the owner is a keen gardener). Our en-suite safari tent was...

Nice, safe and quit place with friendly staff. Rooms in safari tents with good beds. We have been there several times and always have the same good feeling. Near big modern shopping center and only 10 minutes drive from entrance of Nairobi National Park. Shuttle service to international airport available even in the middle of the night. This organization also...

We stayed at this eco-camp for five nights, using it as a base for one day trips in our own hire car, before moving on. We loved the quiet seclusion of the place and the big garden, where all the tents are, is full of flowers, interesting plants and trees, and wild birds. The service was always friendly and helpful...

Lovely setting, the tents were great, beds comfortable, breakfast fine but I have two complaints: 1) On the first night there was a power cut. Not completely unheard of in Nairobi!!. But there was no back up generator. This meant not only that there was no light but that there was no water (pump driven). Also the restaurant was closed...

Arrived from London on flight that got us into Wildebeeste Camp at about 11 PM. Lorita, one of the owners was still up waiting for us . Booking in was simple and the beers and snacks came out as soon as we had unpacked. We had an early flight to the game reserve the following morning so didnt have breakfast,...

As the last reviewer has said, we found this place to have a great location and very good value. The staff were very nice and the camp was very clean. There was a problem all over Nairobi with electricity, but the was not the fault of the camp, and they had a generator for light etc when the electricity was...
