Pleasant hotel, with nice buffet/dinner, amazing views of the Nile and West Bank, and a swimming pool. Only issues are slightly mouldy odours in rooms (maybe use air fresheners?), overpriced drinks at the bar and harassment from locals outside the hotel which can be uncomfortable...More

Good reception - clean rooms - a wonderful view on the Nile - swimming pool on the banks of the Nile - the city center and the temple of Luxor 7 m walking - I recommend it for business trips and recreation

Nobody will give a straight answer to this question just rumours. However it's a fairly simple matter to email Iberotel direct for an all-inclusive price & just book flights with Egyptair. The only wrinkle to this process is that the hotel prefers you to pay upon arriaval rather than in advance.
