It is with sadness that my review of this hotel is worse than poor. It is very run down and very dirty. At no point during our stay were the rooms cleaned or bed linen changed. We had to purchase our own bathroom cleaner to remove excrement from the toilet seat and surrounding tiles. The pool was totally unusable due...

Our travel agent arranged us to stay in this hotel (3-star hotel) for our last night of Egypt trip. Environment : The part of frontage of hotel has the cover. I can't remember what is it made from maybe it is paper's cover. They left some small door to use. In addition, they switch off the light in the morning...

We, a group of friends, spent a night in Luxor at this terrible hotel. It was included in our package tour "Aswan-Luxor". We did not have a chance to pick a hotel. We were only told that we'd stay at a 3-star hotel. It seemed okay to us; however, it was a nightmare. There's a sign at the reception that...

It was booked through a tour for 2 nights, I had a good experience, they helped me with wifi problems and also pre packed some breakfast for me. It's close enough to some nice places to eat in Luxor, not sure if the kitchen is still running at evening time.

Rooms are pretty big and clean, bathroom on first glance looks dirty, but then you realize it's old and with some cracks, not dirty. Doors does not open easily, but thats small fault. WiFi is free, but can have poor signal on upper floors, or not working at all. I stayed here for two nights. First impression was not great,...

Nothing is not clean and ready. Even tissue in the toilet. While my friends were having tour in the morning, a woman came in the friend's room without any cleaning tools with her hands and saying i am here to clean... wow... one more thing to say, they just hit up the breakfast of yesterday to serve every morning. Breads...

I stayed 5 nights in a lovely room, very spacious and bathroom had bathtub. It was very comfortable and cheap! It s not far from city center and easy to get there. The staff was always respectful and professional.

We only stayed here for one night. But the service was great, we asked for extra towels and got them within 3 minutes. We had an issue with our hot water but after asking about this at the reception they immediatly fixed it for us. The hotel is a little dated but considering the price it's not a bad deal.
