What i can say about Mohamed. It started all pretty well i booked an amazing place i found on airbnb for me and my husband. So he told me he wouldnt be arround but give me his Cousins number if i need help on the way. I actually dont needed help on the way but we had a caraccident and i needed to tell its going to be late, his cousin write me back and dont even know were coming, he told me someone else stay there already (if u have different pages u should know how to block dates, its so easy). Anyway i talked to mohamed again and he put us in an other place less rooms and smaller and totaly not that what i payd for (btw it was already paid by creditcard).  So he told me if i want he can cancel and get the full refund back, but he want me to cancel and as u know canceling at latenight a place u stay u never get a refund. Look guys think twice if u wanna deal with Mohamed theyre have a lot more nicer places with more easyer people, mohamed just see the money and how to get there, he dont care at all if ur comfy, so i dont recomend the villa or nile castle at all. Also i told u before that we have a dog and if its ok, u dont react on that pretty long as well as u dont like to write back or prefer to talk with my egyptian husband than me, u have rude behaviors and after complaining that i have an egyptian husband (man were married and visit his fam in luxor and assuan, also about the dog i have messages to proof i did inform u. One good thing was raggab the lovely housekeeper.

I'm thinking I'll sound like a paid review lol but this place was just perfect. Sabri and Sara are so welcoming. They helped us with all city and ballon bookings too. Everything was perfect. we had a third friend join us at last moment and everything from airport cab to room was still sorted for us. And the room! the location is perfect, right on the river and just where ferry leaves you. Very spacious and clean. Totally more than the worth! :)

We had a wonderful stay here at the Nile Castle. The owner, Sabri, makes the stay incredibly special. He is honest with pricing, speaks fluent English and is just so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. A great stay had and we would recommend it to all our family and friends. Thank you!

Sabri, my friend, you just nailed it!! You rock! So if I would have to describe my stay at this hotel, I would say - “Top”. You know why ? First, this hotel has a 100 billion star top of the roof where you can have one of the most delicious breakfasts or dinners with the enjoyable Nile view. The owner, Sabri, is a top human being person and excellent friend who will make your stay so comfortable and unbelievable that you would have this kind of childhood feeling of being so safe and careless like someone else is taking care of all your problems. Talking about the room, it is a nice one with a shared balcony throughout the entire floor, you have comfortable beds and a lot of space in your room to feel free. You don’t need a lot of amenities because it’s a crime to sit a whole day at the hotel in Luxor and not go for adventures. Overall, I must admit that I wouldn’t have such a great stay if I wouldn’t listen to Sabri at first. Thank you, man! Hope you keep growing up your business and stay safe during these uncertain times 😉 See you next time!

We are so so pleased we stayed on the West Bank in Luxor but not as pleased as we were that we stayed in the Nile Castle. This family run B&B is European standard, nice and clean and well maintained. The rooftop patio gives you a full view of the Nile and the Winter Gardens Palace straight across the river. There are a variety of boats all waiting to take you across, including the "government" boat which cost 5le one way. (About 25p English or 30c EU) about 100 meters away nestled on the river bank is the Blue Sky cafe/bar/restaurant where you can select a drink of your choice (stella beer 40le) and watch the sunset. Much much more relaxed than the East Bank, not forgetting the majority of the sites including the hot air ballons, valley of the kings and many Temples are located on the West Bank. Thank you Nile Castle, we will be back.
