The whole experience was not pleasant since it was not the cheaper hotel. It was dirty, towels where missing and toilet paper was a rear thing. The breakfast was terrible, Egyptian bread with some stuff to put on like marmalade and an omelet which had eggshell in it. In the morning we went to drink a coffee there and a person of the stuff was sleeping on floor. The second evening we noticed some trash outside the room next to us. We were coming and going that evening but the trash still there. In the morning when we where leaving, everything was smelling awful outside our room. Super disgusting. Also in the room a lot of places were dirty like the balcony. Choose another hotel this one is dirty and expensive.

Response from Morad Sobhy, Owner at Susanna Hotel

Thanks for your comments. Sir how much you paid for your night. Are you sure that there were not toilet paper and towels. Why you did not ask for. The continous cleaning of balcony from pegeion dirt make these defots. The black colour due to adhesive is material used to fix doorstep. I think you forget to mention anything inside your room. It was your main use during your stay Thanks again

This hotel had friendly, helpful staff who spoke some English. There were hot showers, clean sheets and comfortable beds. There was an elevator and this hotel was well located across the street from Luxor temple, 5 min walk. There is internet but only available in the lobby.

Well located in Luxor. Rooms dirty. Shower curtains you won’t touch. Was there for one night and don’t recommend it. Here with an organized group and nobody is happy ! I am not expecting everyone to speak English but no one at the reception could help me getting a cab

Stayed ats Suzanna hotel as part of our g adventures tour. Staff were very friendly, great position in town right beside markets, close to atm, across road from luxor temple, very central. Rooms were clean comfortable bed nice breakfast. For a 3 star hotel this was good value. Lots of street noise. But all round a pleasant place to stay

This hotel is really bad. They charge you 160 EGP for Wifi in the room which is not working at all. Rooms are just facing a café in the souks. It so noisy that it is impossible to sleep. A room on the 4th floor means that you have to live with tons of noise from the 5th floor. Chairs scratching over the floor and loud discussions. Pillows are absolute crap!!!!! Room was not cleaned once during a 2 days stay. This place is not worth the money. Consider to stay somewhere else. Absolute waste of money!!!
