We were on a tour of Egypt and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, with a group of 18 people. The rooms were large with a small balcony but the décor was dated, the lighting was poor, no WiFi in the room and very bad in the lobby. Our room on the 4th floor overlooked the highway on the...

No wifi in rooms, poor wifi or sometimes no wifi in lobby. Housekeeping very poor and room service is a money making service. I was asked for 10 Egyptian Pounds for a request for an empty plate. Staff has a dont care attitude especially at the reception. The parties held till late night with blaring music at the poolside is...

No wifi in the room, only at the lobby! No iron room is provided and you need to use their laundry service which definitely will be expensive! All the room heaters aren't functioning and it's freaking cold right now!

The common space carpets were filthy, as were the room carpets. Beds and decor looked (and felt) like it came from 1963....

Grand Pyramids (barely a 2 star, more like 1.5) — there is no hot water (3 days), no toilet paper (despite multiple requests), there is no wifi in room (as stated in trip notes) and it is in a rundown and dodgy under highway neighborhood filled with young jobless men wandering the streets at all hours. The smoked filled lobby...
